One of her employees said she will call me when she has time. Here we are 1-2-2025 and I'm still waiting on an appointment. Now my dog is matted and I tried to clip his hair myself so he can see. I called again and she still hasn't returned my call. I've always supported small business owners. I understand she had to make money during Thanksgiving instead of doing my fur baby. But I've already paid for Kobe service. I do not like when business owners do not keep their word. Your word should be bond.
