I started taking my late dog Laci to Osana's not that long after she opened. She relocated from Texas! I was very pleased with her service. Fast forward to November 2024. I took my new Shih Tzu for grooming paid over $50. He looked as if nothing was done. I spoke to Osana she advised she would redo him herself free. I advised her I was leaving town the next day for 4 days. She stated no problem. I have her personal cellphone number. I called and texted several times. One of her employees said she will call me when she has time. Here we are 1-2-2025 and I'm still waiting on an appointment. Now my dog is matted and I tried to clip his hair myself so he can see. I called again and she still hasn't returned my call. I've always supported small business owners. I understand she had to make money during Thanksgiving instead of doing my fur baby. But I've already paid for Kobe service. I do not like when business owners do not keep their word. Your word should be bond. My husband post pics of our fur baby back in November on his social media page. Because he's an officer with OBPD and has a bigger follower. It's obvious Kobe is too much for those young ladies to handle I noticed that myself. A sanitary job include cutting the nails but n o file. Which means Kobe was scratching our family members. I learned everything is now separate. I will not post pics of what my baby looked like in November and now. But I will say I am so disappointed in how Osana do business now. It should take 8 hours or more for a sanitary groom. Osana promised me a full groom for what happened. I was going to dispute the charges in November. Not keeping your word ... I cannot speak for others who gave this place 5 stars, but for me I am disappointed. My bill was extremely high without no explanation until I asked why it was high. They give this excuse about my dogs having yeast on their paws and ears, also full of fleas. My dog just had his annual exam yesterday so go figure. Both dogs are always in our laps go figure about the fleas. To sum all of this up lies were told to make grooming bill ridiculously high. I really hate it didn't work out because the cuts were very nice. I want be back because of the lies. read more

Thank you Shelby at Osana's Pet Salon! We have been looking for a new groomer for Maggie for a while since the lady retired who took care of her grooming needs for years. I found them by chance on Google and they had an opening today. Lucky us! Maggie has long, thick hair that tends to get matted. In the past, other groomers have scalped her or she came home looking choppy. I was so pleasantly surprised to see they took their time and she looks beautiful. She's also not traumatized. Best grooming experience ever. Katie the receptionist is one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. Let me know when I checked in it might be an all day affair but only because they take time with your pets and give them breaks if they get anxious or stressed out which mine do. Called me to update me on their progress. When I picked my pups up they asked if I was pleased with the results and told me to bring them back if there was anything I didn't like. Last few times one of my boys was groomed at another establishment he was not himself for days afterwards. Super stressed and whiney. He was so relaxed and happy when we got home today. I'm grossly disappointed in the job that was recently done on our Maltese!! I explained the cut I wanted on our dog and even gave them a picture of a Maltese that I found on the Internet. The cut was a simple summer cut so she could remain cool for the summer. How can you screw up a cut with a picture of the cut in front of your face. I was also told the cost would be $50.00 and she'd be ready at about 5-530 pm. They called at 4 pm saying she was ready for pickup. We arrived at about 430 and when they brought her out, I was appalled. They shaved her hair down to absolutely nothing!! She was patchy with bald spots in some areas that looked like crap!! Also, I was told the cost was going to be $70.00 due to the fact she had a lot of tangles. Wow!! You serious??!! First of all, when you shaved her hair down to nothing, how do tangles come into the picture as you shaved them all off!! Right down to the skin??!!! Second of all, if you're going to charge more than you originally stated initially, you should have called and said so before commencing with the job at hand!! All in all.. I am sorely disappointed with the job that was done and paying for more than the quoted price was not right!! The owner knocked off $5.00 bringing the price down to $65.00; however, still unacceptable!! I would have complained right then and there, but I probably would have totally lost my cool seeing the way our poor sweet dog looked!! That being said, it'll grow back..!! It'll just take 4-6 months!! I don't think I'll be going back there anymore!! Whomever did the cut should not be grooming dogs!! Ohhh... this review is being done 2 weeks after the job was completed!! I had to cool down that much before writing this review!!! read more

Osana is the best! We usually take our German Shepherd to Petsmart for a bath with Furminator, but he has a ton of anxiety about going there, even for a while afterward, and it helps his shedding very little. Today, after visiting Osana, he is much calmer than usual after a groomer visit. He smells so, so good, and his shedding is WAY better. We're super happy. We'll be back with our Ike baby, Osana. Took my Cat in for grooming today. The lady felt my cat in his box, and said ( ohhh he is matted, and needs to be shaved) ??? I took the kitten out and showed her his stomach, and agreed he was not matted. At that point I knew she was trying to tack on an extra fee . Was give a verbal quote 80$. Got a call my cat was ready to be picked up, and it would be 90$?? They didn't give me a call and ask if that was ( ok ) they just did some extra shave witch was told was in my quote$80. I brought the cat home, and don't even see a difference?? Still ALOT of hair on my cats But!! I was looking for a groomer monthly for my cat, but being dishonest, and charging extra money for something that was to be in the price well.. they lost a client. My cats sanitary shave doesn't even look like it was done. Very disappointed in this grooming service. read more

Osana is a wonderful caring experienced Groomer we took our Gracie who no one is really able to groom very well because she was abused when she was in her first home as a baby. She is 14 years old and we had a lady that was grooming at our Vets who retired. The new young groomer could not groom her very well. Osana opened her salon just two minutes from my home. Great prices, great job, all in a decent time frame! I am very picky when it comes to my baby boy who is a miniature schnauzer. We recently move to the area so I was looking for someone to clean him up. Osana's was able to get us in within a week which is unheard of in the Memphis area.
