Last time I was out of town, my flight back was canceled because of bad weather. I called Josh, and he personally made sure to check on my dogs a couple more times until I was able to get back the next day on a later flight. My only complaint (and it's a very minor one!) is the functionality of the site on which I book my appointments. It's not the most user-friendly.
