For over 10 years, we've always taken our dogs to a big-name grooming facility. But after this experience, we'll never go back. We found Morgan, and she is absolutely wonderful. She greeted our pups so kindly and made them feel completely comfortable before we even left. In the past, our pups would be at the groomer all day -- from opening until after closing -- and I'd still have to do a few touch-ups at home. Morgan had them done in just four hours, and they looked (and smelled!) amazing. Perfectly groomed, happy, and relaxed -- I think even they noticed how good they looked! Mindy has been phenomenal with our two chihuahuas (they are little old men and usually find faults with everything, but they love Mindy. She does a great job on them. Overall the shop is clean, staff is very friendly and we are saving so much money. They even offer two free nail trims between grooming services for each pet. Yay! We will never go anywhere else, we have found our groomer. ( we haven't lived in Georgia long and have been looking for new regular services for everything) . we had a family emergency and needed to leave with a day notice. they were very fast to respond and…read morevery accommodating. when we showed up they were quick to take our dog to the back. they sent an email halfway through her stay updating us on her, letting us know she was happy and having a good time. when we showed up to pick her up she seemed a little out of it, not really acknowledging us when she usually gets super excited. the first thing we noticed was her right eye. it was bloody and almost looked infected, there was yellow pus coming out of her eye. we asked the young girl at the desk what happened and she had no idea. she went to the back to ask someone else what happened and when she came back all she said was "we had a lot of big dogs here today, they were all playing together" we never selected anything involving group play, she is a very friendly dog but as a business you should think about the liability. we never gave any type of permission for group play and to find out the dogs were roughhousing...not a good look. we will not be coming back here and the vet bills WILL be coming to them. (pictures were taken after cleaning up her eye) UPDATE: Terissa called and gave us a more detailed explanation of Harleys stay there. she explained that they have turf in the back and something could've gotten in her eye, that could be the reason for her eye being irritated. she offered to cover vet bills and Harleys stay there. she was definitely very apologetic and we really appreciate her customer service. that is how you do business. thank you Terissa!

They are super attentive and concerned and very good with both our dog and cat. They offer a variety of services, food, and treats for your pet. We have used their boarding services before and it was nice to know that if there was an emergency they were already at their vet and things could be taken care of. They're always willing to listen to my thoughts and concerns, and take that into consideration with whatever the need or appointment is for, but always give me all the options and are real with me. I totally trust their judgment at the end. They also offer a loyalty program you can ask about, I wish it was done a little differently, but it has definitely helped and saved us $$$ a few times.
