We can't recommend this place. We were not allowed to bring our dog's beds, it's their rule. And when we picked up our dogs they had fleas and one developed kennel cough. The vet bills and flea dips were more expensive then the stay. When I called the manager to inform them of the issues, NOT asking for any refund, she was argumentative and combative. I was concerned about using community dog beds and will never return. This place is unsanitary and a health risk. Today I read another local dog owner also has a sick dog from their stay. This place is not recommended. If you love you dog, STAY AWAY!

Her poor paw hurt and blistered. Steroids & antibiotics prescribed by vet. This place just didn't care nor felt sorry.

I have brought my dogs to get groomed so many times at this place. Even during pandemic times and I know they went through changes. But last Saturday I took my two pets a lab and a pug. I was charged $95.00 for both dogs that were given to me wet. Not dried because by the front clerk they don't like the hair dryer. Lies I have never been told that! No scarfs were given and my dogs stank like if they were not bathed at all. To make things worst my labs right paw she wouldn't stop licking at it and by the next day she was bleeding non stop due to her nail cut too short. Also We found blood in the back of my CRV that means that she was bleeding since being picked up this is heartbreaking and not fair to be done to a dog. I am just heartbroken and angry. Nothing will convince me to take them back to this abusing place. They offered on Monday to have her be checked by their. Vet but I did not want to bother. I was too disappointed and sad by their poor unprofessional service. I did take her to my own Vet they diagnosed her of being burned. Yes she got burned by the groomer who' worked on my dogs. I paid $95.00 for my poor dog to get burned. . They offered no apology, no money back, no concern, no interest. Don't waste your time bringing your pets here they are not good nor profesional anymore and they just plainly don't care. The owners are never present and they have staff that is just incompetent and unprofessional. :/ This has been the worst experience w a groomer ever!!

Scraped nose on our first dog

We left our dogs boarding for 3 days. When we arrived, they told us the dogs were too excited around other dogs and they had to move them because they kept pressing their noses against the fence. We thought okay that seems like them. Well when they came out, their noses were scraped off. I believe they were negligent otherwise they would have noticed earlier and not have let them scrape them this bad. I also just saw a review of this happening to someone's dog 4 years ago so this has been happening and they haven't done anything about it? Anyway as soon as we take our dogs out, the boy starts peeing everywhereeee. Then we get home and they both continue to pee all over the backyard and he poops 3 times in a row. We asked for 2 play times/exercises per day and now I think this didn't happen if the dogs went to the restroom this much right after. Once we brought them inside, they drank 3 big bowls of water between both of them. They have never done this before. When they gave me the blanket back, it smelled weird. I just took it out of my car a few hours later and realized it's urine. My dogs peed in their blanket. We are so sad. They weren't taken out to the restroom, they peed in their blankets, they scraped their noses, and they weren't given water for a while. This is the first time we taken them there and will be the last.

How much for a flea dip?

Hi Eric, pricing depends on your pup or kitty. Give us a call or visit us and we can give you pricing for flea dips and all other services.

Do they board cats as well?

I'm not 100% sure about that. I board my cat at The Cat Clinic in Orange. They only serve cats so they don't get scared of all the dogs. It's a wonderful place. I take my cat there for shots too. It's a much better experience for her. I know… Read more

I had a dog that was terminally ill and it always broke my heart to leave for work, but I knew he was in good hands until the end when he finally crossed the rainbow bridge. I've hired Kristen multiple times since then to check-in on my two cats. Kristen is easy to communicate with, personable, and gets along well with both animals and people. My cats adore her, even my skittish one. My parents have fun when she visits. I think one thing that made it difficult finding a cat sitter was that my elderly parents would still be at home during the visits, but Kristin had no hesitation when I mentioned that to her. It was quick and easy to arrange the initial visit. The price for cat sitting is competitive to what I would expect in my area of san diego. My only wish is that I have a pet sitter like her at home.

They were super consistent with sending photo updates, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while we were away. Blizzard is a large breed malamute, so it's not always easy finding sitters who are confident and experienced--but what really stood out is that they also have experience with large dogs. That made a huge difference for us. They followed all of our instructions, including administering his medication and reinforcing his commands, which we really appreciated. They were also comfortable using the tools we provided, like his prong collar, which honestly made me feel even more reassured that they know how to properly handle bigger, stronger dogs. They left the Furbo camera on in the living room as requested and were overall very respectful of our home. It's honestly hard to find sitters you fully trust, and I'm so glad we found them--especially having both of them stay with Blizzard. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

The first couple times we used Sitter4Paws we had a really great experience with the sitters that were assigned to our senior, diabetic cat. Last year, my mother unexpectedly passed away, and our regular cat sitter was unavailable for half of the trip home. We booked Sitter4Paws the second half of the trip, and let them know about the circumstances and requested sitters that had seen Jodie before so that we could rest easy during a very difficult time. Of course we know that can't always be accommodated due to scheduling, so for the first visit a new sitter came to see Jodie. On the evening of my mother's passing, we got a text from Sitter4Paws that the sitter felt he may have made a mistake with our cat's insulin dosage. It was revealed to us that instead of giving her her normal 2.25 unit dose, he gave her 22.5 units - ignoring the taped off/labeled syringes, our explicit written instructions in the app, and additional photos/diagrams of what a full syringe should look like. Thank god he realized his mistake, otherwise our cat would have slowly died alone in our apartment - and this would have happened immediately after losing my mom. I understand mistakes can happen, but the fact that a sitter was uncertain with potentially life-threatening medication if administered improperly and didn't even think to reach out to us first was quite shocking. Sitter4Paws took full responsibility, admitted their mistake, said they would take steps to make sure something like this would never happen again, and covered her 4 day ER stay, but it never should have gotten to that point. Again - we did have great sitters who took care of our cat wonderfully - but the uncertainty of who you can get especially with medication involved means that we can no longer recommend this service with confidence.
