I have 1 star but wanted to give zero. We have 2 boy dogs we were trying get trading for. I paid 600 dollars and only got 2 training sessions. Everytime we contacted Julia to try and make an appointment she never got back with us. When we did talk to her she tried getting us to do in home visits for more money. Before we ever started we talked with Julia and she said she would be able to help and even at our first session she still said she could help and correct this behavior. I paid 600 dollars and only had two training sessions she kept wanting to do in home training for more money. We were good with driving to her. In all fairness they were in Murrells Inlet and moving at the time. But still she said they would still be getting their training. We kept trying to get in touch with Julia to make appointments she would never get back with us. I guess it depends on the type of dog if she can help. I will not and have not recommended them to anybody. If you have the money to throw away go for it is all I can say read more

We are VERY pleased with the training our puppy received. Before we even got our puppy, we knew we needed training for the puppy AND ourselves! We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Julia and Dog Training Anytime. We wanted to make sure Lola, our Australian Shepherd puppy, was trained the right way, and Julia was a perfect choice. Aussies are a very high energy breed that need a lot of attention, and if not trained right, they can get bad habits quickly. Julia is excellent at teaching dog owners how to train their dogs themselves. Our one-on-one training sessions were very successful in teaching Lola basic and more advanced obedience commands, as well as addressing any behavioral issues we had. There were even training sessions conducted at the local Pet Smart store to work on real world situations and socialization with other dogs. We are impressed with Julia's ability in training dogs as well as her knowledge of what drives their behaviors. Julia even made herself available between training sessions via text or phone call to answer any questions we had. In our case, us dummies did just that ($590!!) and in return received two lessons and a lot of excuses why she couldn't continue to fulfill her commitment and promises... like transmission problems, convoluted hard to understand texts, extremely busy and more excuses, claiming to have called, texted and/or emailed when in fact she didn't do any of that... just two in-home visits for $590!! Julie is absolutely amazing with her positive calm, patient, approach in working with our 6 month old Aussie, Powder and Powders' owner: me. It's only been 10 days, and 2 lessons so far, and I am completely enjoying walking my dog on leash (which had become a frustrating nightmare before our lessons) with her happily following my commands.
