While there, they are well fed, monitored, loved on, and they get exercise and mental stimulation while playing with the other dogs. They are both senior dogs now, and act like puppies when they attend. There are many activities and options to choose from, which is nice. And cameras are available for many of the play yards. I highly recommend this facility - from Java and Coco Bella's mom.

Unfortunately, our experience raised serious concerns. When we picked our dog up around 12:30 in the afternoon, he immediately ran outside and urinated for several minutes straight, followed by urgently needing to relieve himself again for a bowel movement. As longtime dog owners, we know our dog's routine very well. He is walked every morning and evening, and if he has truly been taken on a "mile walk," he absolutely would have relieved himself during that time. Concerned, I went back inside and asked staff when he had last been taken out. I was told he had gone on a mile walk at 10:30 a.m. However, based on our dog's condition and behavior upon pickup, that explanation simply did not align with reality. What troubled me most was not just the possibility that our dog may not have been properly walked or given adequate bathroom breaks, but the feeling that we were not being told the truth. Any boarding facility caring for animals should prioritize honesty, transparency, and the wellbeing of pets in their care. I understand that boarding environments can be busy, and no facility is perfect. But leaving a dog visibly desperate to relieve itself after being picked up is unacceptable and heartbreaking for any pet owner to witness. I would strongly encourage other pet owners to ask detailed questions about potty break schedules, walks, supervision, and communication before boarding their pets here.

4 Legs Animal Hospital is amazing! We have been long time veterans with another vet clinic up…read moreuntil the point when we lost our senior kitty last year. Earlier this year we adopted three kittens and decided to try 4 Legs since they are local to Davidsonville. So many amazing things to say. 1 it's a small practice with a family atmosphere. From the front desk staff to the technicians to Dr Kiely. They all care and provide great customer service. 2. It's really easy to get an appointment. No waiting for weeks to be seen - this team makes room for you. 3. They don't push you into services you don't need. I never felt pressured to do lab work or unnecessary services. 4. Their prices were way more competitive than our last vet - they even accepted a new client discount coupon we received in the mail! 5. They have sent me electronic reminders to set up my cats follow on appointments. Overall I'm thrilled that we found them and that we are able to support a local small owned business near our home! Check them out you won't be disappointed!

I was taken aback to see how filthy the outside had become... broken plastic chain link bits on the ground, signs down or hanging by a thread ,,, and this was unchanged despite multiple visits.... Despite meds and two exams my dogs problem was in resolved and the 500.00 plus bill. I am taking my three dogs to another practice, friends have also left this practice !!! Interesting that this place never bothered to call to ask why.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with dog boarding!…read moreI signed up for the VIP service to board my dog for a few days. My dog was returned to me with a huge bloody wound on the top of her head. Nobody contacted me to tell me what happened or when. My Vet was not contacted and looks like No medical attention was given!! I had to take her to the Vet and due to an infection of the wound she required a medical procedure, antibiotics, and paid medication. I will NEVER use or recommend The Pup Camp - stay away!

Prior to today, I gathered all of the details for today's visit. The young lady stated the temperament testing was free, (I learned this was not true once I got there and signed my pup up for the day). (FIRST NEGATIVE) Prior to leaving, I had my own water bowl and water for my pup. The young lady said, oh no, we provide water for your dog. ALL OF THE DOGS DRINK OUT OF THE SAME BOWL. (I knew I should have gotten my dog and left then but I didn't). (SECOND NEGATIVE) At the conclusion of the testing, they are suppose to provide a physical report card of how well your pup did. Fast forward to the pickup. When they brought my pup out, he did not look like how I dropped him off (I'm not complaining about this because he was playing with other dogs.) BUT, he smelled like the other dogs ganged up on him and dumped urine all over him. Ohhh goodness, he was a stinky mess. I did not inquire about this, which I should have. (THIRD NEGATIVE). When I asked for the report card, the young lady goes, "oh I'm sorry, he doesn't have one because there were a lot of dogs today." REALLY?!? But you took my money with no problem. (FOURTH NEGATIVE) The moral to this story, there are too many negatives for the initial consultation so I will pass.
