Nope.I texted her while on vacation to check on my babies, (golden and lab) and she said they were ok except Charley kept rubbing his nose in the rocks and it was red. Immediately i thought "what rocks"?. and then she realized that she didn't want me to know she left my babies outside all day so she texted me back and said, maybe he was rubbing his nose on the concrete in his kennell. I am not ignorant. i knew then something was wrong so we left our vacation early to go get them and thank u Jesus we did. When she takes them outside 3 times a day the kennels she shoves them in are made up of large rocks and no room to run. well, Charley is an inside dog and doesn't poop in rocks but grass, nor does my lab nick and he's an outside dog. I was so upset on my way to get them because i realized there feet never touched that beautiful lush green grass she has. She puts them in kennels outside that are filled with large rocks and worst of all she leaves them out there. She told on herself when she tried to say oh, maybe he did it in his inside concrete kennell. She was leaving my best friends out in rock kennell all day with no air conditioner. Charley was completely traumatized when we picked him up. It's been almost 2 weeks since we picked them up and Charley doesn"t have his pretty black nose anymore. It is red now and not healing. We also had to go to vet for apoquel for his paws from digging in rocks. He was limping but the meds worked quickly. I am just tore up inside that she did this to them. She tried to get out of it by saying he did that inside. That's how i know for sure she left them out there. She didnt even pet them or speak to them when my husband dropped them off. He took them to there nice air conditioned kennell himself. But no,they were left outside in the heat. Now tell me....How do u sterilize a kennell full of rocks. The poop and pee from other doggies are under the rocks. So its always there which is not sanitized and laying under those nasty unclean large rocks. Shes Lazy and heartless. She didn't want to have to clean the inside kennels. That's why Charley was digging in rocks. He was hoping to get grass under there to poop in. It took me 2 weeks to write this review because i knew if I didn't wait till my anger calmed down i would have lost it on her. So bravo for u guys who have had a good experience with her but do u know she is leaving ur babies out in the heat in a kennell full of rocks. I guess that beautiful grass is just for show. She neglected to show me the rock filled kennell. Im still so upset. My dogs were totally traumatized and fearful even when we got them home. That is absolutely animal abuse and yes i called the humane society and i hope others will be mindful of these things when u take ur babies there. Like i said, she knew she had stuck her foot in it when she immediately texted me back to say he done it in the inside kennell So I wouldn't know she left them out there in the HEAT!!!!! They could have died of heat stroke and I imagine Charley was also trying to dig his way out of the rock kennell. It just occurred to me why she would have a rock kennell. She's lazy and it seems to be at the cost of my babies and yours. She would rather leave them in the heat then have to clean there kennels. So make up ur on mind but im still considering lawsuit for animal abuse.

She shows the highest degree of professionalism, yet is still friendly, funny and personable. She is reliable, trustworthy, thorough, prompt and will love your pets as her own. In fact, I think our dogs would have followed her home if they had opposable thumbs and could open the door to get out. One of my dogs needs quite a bit of medication every day, is a very picky eater, and can be a bit of a challenge behaviorally, and Deb found a way to relate to her as if they had known each other forever. Her daily summary reports are wonderfully detailed and her photos are fantastic. We even have a couple framed and hanging in our home. We've used both - our gal gets a really great workout and a nice playdate on a day-care day. We've also used them multiple times for boarding, and they are affordable, flexible on drop/pick up times, GREAT staff, and our gal always seems so happy & de-stressed after a visit here! They use text for drop & pick up, and it's very easy. Dogs get lots of supervised and structured play time, smaller and younger dogs protected and separated if needed. Great facility!!!!
