So here's the deal. If you're going to be out of town, they will go to your house, walk your dog, and throw in some play time. If you want to make sure your plants don't die, or if you don't feel like putting in a mail stop, that will be taken care of as well. The service is fantastic. I got updates on Facebook of my little ones. As I live far away, I dropped my dogs off at Kimmer's. Thank goodness there was room. The dogs were spoiled. How do I know you ask? Well, I have one dog that will be happy no matter what. The other dog is a rescue and has some personality issues, which is reflected in her being terrified of everything. This little doggie was very calm when I went to pick her up. She let herself be picked up (which is a HUGE deal), and she was happy to show emotion when she saw me (she generally does not do that around people). It's amazing. You can't go wrong with Kimmer's Kennel!

All of our dogs are rescues and 2 of them are very sensitive. We knew that there was NO WAY that they would be comfortable in a traditional kennel environment. And we couldn't stand the thought of leaving them in a concrete kennel with very little time outside or with too little human interaction. Our dogs are very human oriented and are extremely spoiled in every way. Once we met Helen and Brian, we quickly realized that they possessed a rare combination of genuine love for animals, professionalism, and reliability that sets them apart from the rest. We knew that PPP was going to be the best place to board them, BUT they far exceeded our expectations - which were already very high! We were sent dozens of pictures of our besties having a good time, multiple times per day! Helen and Brian spent the mornings and evenings cuddling with our pack and giving them tons of one on one time. They were also treated to special kibble toppers to keep meal time interesting. They treated them just like their own family, which made a huge difference in us being able to enjoy our family vacation with zero worry. Our dogs have a few quirks that require a very experienced dog handler, and of course, they were more than equipped to handle this as well. They really take the time to understand each pet's unique personality, preferences, and needs, ensuring that they feel safe, comfortable, and cozy in their care. Not only that, but being in a home environment vs a traditional boarding kennel made them feel almost like they were at home. We can't recommend Purrfect Pet Pal enough. A million stars!

My mother went to get her dog groomed and was told it would be 2 hours, so my mother decided to…read morewait. I was on face-time from the time she arrived from the time she left. There were no problems while she was there. But after the appointment my mother gets multiple calls from Mellissa (the owner) who accused my mother of being rude and yelling at her for not waiting in her car. She also yelled at my mother for not tipping for the service when the service was $65 and she was just getting a nail trim and the dogs coat shaved off and trimmed around his face. She called my mother a bitch, and multiple other names. My mother finally got fed up hearing the lady yell so she stated "thats fine, I will take my dog somewhere else to be groomed from now on" and hung up, the lady then persisted to call and text her calling her more names and harassing my mother. I called to understand what was going on, because i was literally on the phone with her for 2 hours and not once was she rude or was asked to wait in her car. The lady at the front desk actually was laughing at something with my mother while she was there. I let the owner know this, and she stated I was lying and started to harass me as well. I would never recommend anyone to go to this establishment unless you want to get lied on and constantly harassed. I have let me owner know if she contacts me or my family again than I will get the police involved and file harassment charges.
