He was obviously in paid for 5 days there and no one bothered to say anything or call earlier and when they did call acted like he just had trouble walking but everything was fine otherwise. They. Could have killed my dog. He is 12 years old and I had to put him in kennel as my dad had emergency brain surgery. My father has only a few months to live and I just wanted my pets to be safe and cared for as I dealt this family matters and my dog is instead tortured and left to sleep in own pee and poop for 5 days rotting on concrete with open wounds as his legs pressed into the hard floor. He is a great pieranese.

"Solly" got all his annual shots etc. plus anxiety meds for what Dr. Dave determined to be the beginning of some senility. He's back to acting and feeling like the young pup he was when I rescued him many yrs ago. It eases my mind so much to know that "Solly" will be in such caring, capable hands as his life goes on. Thank you DAC from the bottom of mine and "Solly's" hearts . Y'all were and will continue to be the answer to a prayer!

My name is Judith Morales...I moved from atlanta to Dalton...with 3 fur boys...I went to Dalton…read morewith my schnauzer that had bladder stones...the doctor in atlanta told me to just wait until he could not pee and then take him to the emergency......so there was blood in his urine once again...living in Dalton...I decided to take him to a vet in Dalton.....I go to Dalton north...they had Dalton north and south at that time....anyway this young vet comes in.....I am 67 at that time....she was so simple...walked in like she was family.....did the test and said I need to take him for bladder surgery and not wait for him not to be able to pee...so I did.... He was a happy boy....then later on he ended up being diabetic...oh by the way I am talking about Dr summer Faith....she took care of us...and my boy made it a couple of happy years........

Surgery left my dog disabled for life. We are highly disappointed.read more

HHorrible experience. My ex and I co-parent our dog, and she and I are on wonderful terms. I set up…read morean appointment and requested pain evaluation and anxiety evaluation as the dog is 10 years old and has worsening hip dysplasia and recent housing changes have caused her anxiety that's causing her to lash out at other dogs in the household. I have a behaviorist that is coming to the house to evaluate the situation between the dogs and make recommendations, and she asked that I have a pain and anxiety evaluation before her visit to the home. I made it clear that I could not make it to the appointment due to work and that I'd be having my ex bring our dog in, and to reach out if they have questions. They weren't allowed in the building due to construction, even though other dogs were coming in and out. They waited 45 minutes on the sidewalk for a tech to come out. Didn't even see the doctor. The tech did not evaluate for pain or for anxiety. The tech did not call me with questions that my ex couldn't answer. No evaluation at all, just wrote prescription for heartworm and flea & tick meds and sent them away. I called this morning to ask about the situation and spoke to the very tech that visited them on the sidewalk. He ignored the fact that I set up the appointment and made very clear what I needed at the appointment. Instead he kept reiterating that my ex didn't have all the information to questions that he had. He ignored that I had made specific examination requests. He ignored that I had already mentioned that I have a behaviorist. Regardless of what I said, he kept falling back on his own assumptions. Rather than listen he chose to be rude. We will no longer be visiting Zutilla clinic, which is a shame because previous visits have been great. This place has gone down hill significantly. Customer service be damned.
