I tell them (mid-size dog) and then another Employee tells me I'll have to come back between 2pm & 7pm. This is the first time that I've ever been asked my dog's weight and this the first ever that I've been told to come back. I've been taking my dog to this location for around 7 years and when I go my dog's nails get down when I'm there. The 3 Employee's looked lost so maybe it was better that they didn't do my dog's nails. I will be looking for another place now to get my dog's nails down and I'll never recommend PetSmart to anyone going forward based on this today.

They require proper vaccinations which is a must especially for our dog who loves to socialize, which they provide play time. Upon arrival they showed our dog love and were able to put him in a pen with a group of other playful pups. I checked up on him mid way through his stay and he was having so much fun he didn't even show signs of separation anxiety which let me know he was being treated well. We will return and hit the casinos in peace :)
