First they over charged us from what we were quoted we had three dogs done here on this day with the same groomer. Our dogs are groomed regularly no nots and tangles. We ended up paying $450 for three dogs 2 at 40lbs and 1 at 25lbs I may add all we had them do was shave them and give them a bath. No nail trimming or other services. But this is not the reason for the bad review. The problem is are 25lb doodle has been walking with a limp since we got him back. With multiple trips to the vet I can say this grooming cost me way more than $450 at this point. And to watch my dog limp and cry bc his paw hurts so bad really upsets me as I have never had an issue with my dog in the past.

I THINK they kept the old groomers phone #. When I first met Annie I found her to be the kindest, gentlest person you could ever meet. Nothing has changed. It's been I think 9 years. I've honestly never had a single issue there. Rebecca has been grooming our now 16 yr OLD bischon mix the last few years. Doing a fantastic job. Honestly only complaint I could possibly have is cost!! But, that isnt fair as life is just expensive these days!!!!
