Our groomer, Judy, is reliable and punctual, and most importantly, has developed a great rapport with our fur babies. Continuity is imperative for pets to develop a trusting relationship with a groomer and we have been fortunate to receive quality services, rendered with the epitome of professionalism from Judy. Our fur babies are familiar and welcome her; she instills a sense of security, required to provide the detailed grooming services to maintain their hygiene and health, as well as superior aesthetics. Familiarity is not only calming and beneficial for our pets, it has also proven to be crucial in noting physical anomalies. When we see our pets every day, it is difficult to notice subtle physical changes. Grooming them from head to toe each month, Judy always informs me of any changes she notices (skin, coat, eyes, ears, etc.). In the past, a simple change in their shampoo has resolved superficial skin irritations, and Doggy-A-Go-Go offers a variety of shampoos, scents and even facials. On occasion, it was necessary to contact our veterinarian, who is always grateful for information Judy has conveyed to me. We prefer mobile dog grooming, as we do not care to be away from our pets, or transport them to commercial establishments, affording an endless rotation of groomers, unfamiliar with their individual eccentricities. My review was removed because it wasn't descriptive enough? Basically I gave them one star because you can't see your pet getting groomed. I wasn't totally comfortable leaving my dog with them without being able to see her. So I will not be using them again. Even at Petsmart or Petco you can see your pet getting groomed. My dog also didn't feel totally rinsed off. Like she had a film on her fur. Edit: I do NOT expect to be IN the van. But there are mobile groomers that have plexiglass or windows where you can look in to see your pet. Of course I don't expect to stay in a small van with a groomer in limited space. But anything could be happening in there and I am more comfortable being able to check on my pet. Good groomers will understand that. read more

DOGGY A NONO. My dog had a benign cyst on his back for many years. This groomer took it upon herself to "squeeze 15 papertowels worth of fluid" out of the cyst causing my dog to have an infection and pain. When I called them they said they would have someone get back to me. They have not called me back or showed any concern for what they did to my dog. Meanwhile because of their negligence, I'm stuck with the vet bills and a hurt dog. It has been several months since this happened and the sore still has not healed. My dog will never be the same. read more
