Cat people know the anxiety is real…read more If you've ever left town and immediately wondered, "Are the cats plotting revenge or are they okay?" then you get it. We used Denver Pro Pet Sitting while we were on vacation and it was an absolute lifesaver. They checked in on our cats, made sure everything was taken care of, and sent updates that made it clear our little furballs were living their best lives while we were gone. Reliable, communicative, and clearly people who genuinely care about animals. It's such a relief knowing your pets are in good hands instead of just hoping the automatic feeder doesn't become their new enemy. 10/10 would trust them with our cats again. Pretty sure the cats didn't even miss us.

You can text, email, or respond in the portal. The sitters give you great detail on your pets bathroom and eating habits and medications. They also provide lots and lots of pictures! I was unfortunate enough to have an emergency while on vacation with no way to get home quickly or call anyone. Nelson and my sitter were absolutely amazing in handling the situation with urgency, care, and communicated with me the best they could given my limited availability. I hope I never have another emergency when I'm gone, but if I do, it's Denver Pro Pet Sitting I want taking care of my pets. Finally, they do their best to assign the same sitter every time. I really love seeing my sitter comment on my dog's health improvements since previous visits and makes me feel like they genuinely care about my pets and their well being.

We are so thankful to have found Lynn's Loving Pet Care! We have a Black Mouth Cur/Lab Mix (Arlen)…read morethat was crated and bred for her first two years. She has anxiety in new environments or around new people. We couldn't bear to kennel her knowing her history. Our problem was solved when we found Lynn and Scott! Lynn does not do this on the weekends to make an extra buck and hang out with some cuties. This is her profession, and she takes being responsible for your loved one very seriously. To begin with, Lynn is extremely thorough with her intake of new clients. She keeps up-to-date detailed records, licensing, contracts, rabies certificates, and contact information so that she is prepared for anything. There is a meet and greet process to make sure your dog can commune with the other animals happily and safely. You get to explore the environment your dog will be in, and Lynn goes over her policies and procedures. All questions are welcomed and answered. You can tell that it is important to Lynn that you feel confident and informed when you leave your dog with her. I've found her to be quite flexible with scheduling or changes. She is responsive, and communications are very clear, (especially drop off/pick up procedures). Lynn's Loving Pet Care has a system, and the system works. The best part of Lynn's Loving Pet Care, besides dropping your dog off and actually not worrying, are the videos. Lynn provides daily video updates to let you know how things are going. I can't explain to you how much it means for us to be traveling and see Arlen happy, wagging, having her treats, and playing with the other dogs. We are able to enjoy our time away from home knowing that Arlen is too (something we didn't think was possible). Lynn will love your dog like her own and take every measure to ensure their comfort, health, safety and happiness. She goes above and beyond. Arlen has stayed with Lynn twice and will continue to whenever we are traveling. I would recommend Lynn's Loving Pet Care to anyone looking for a loving home for their pet while they are away.

She uses scratched out paper contracts, wants you to write everything contact wise 3x on paper, doesn't remember her own schedule and only takes cash orcheck. Our dog is really good with people and dogs so I knew he would do great; however, when we went to pick him up, we were told by the girl at the front desk that they were "neither going to pass or fail him". She told us he was nervous at first and not really playing, but then seemed to get anxious when other dogs were playing. I think any dog would be anxious when in a new environment for the first time, especially being around 10-15 other dogs in such a confined space. She told us he wouldn't "snap" but he would show teeth. I've never seen this behavior from him around other dogs, in fact he gravitates towards other people and dogs and thrives off of the social interaction. Our dog doesn't even bark unless he feels threatened or bad energy from someone. She told us he was fine after with some "redirection." The redirection? A spray bottle, from what we saw on camera. Who knows what else. I had mentioned to the first woman that our dog had been mistreated by his previous owner so I didn't imagine they would do anything to mistreat him. The girl that was there when we picked him up denied that he was sprayed even though we saw it happen on the camera. If spraying dogs is part of their process, they should at least have the decency to let us know beforehand or admit to it when confronted. I occasionally watched the cameras while he was there and he seemed to be fine the whole time. There was a period of time (an hour or two) where we didn't see him on any cameras, so I'm not sure what was going on there. Probably some more "redirection". He was very anxious when we picked him up, more than normal. He seemed different, and not in a good way. He still had a ton of energy as well. This place seems to be run by teenagers who interact more with each other than they do with the dogs. There were only 1 or 2 employees in each pen with 15+ dogs at a time. If you're looking for a place where your dog will be neglected and stuffed in a crowded playpen, this is the place for you! (Pictures are of the outdoor area where you can see the spray bottle on the employee's hip, and the indoor area, with about 10 dogs at that point. There were times in the day where there were more than 10 dogs in that area).

This has been her first experience being around other dogs playing (we moved from a location that had specific breed limitations) and they incorporated her wonderfully. They give her extra pets and snuggles as needed and she's always happy to see her human friends at Camp Bow Wow. They have consistently gone above and beyond in the care for Lexi. Most recently we were traveling and received a call that our pup had a cough and asked if they could take her to our vet, which of course we approved. She was quarantined and given meds... they noticed they day we picked her up (about an hour before) that she had a couple of drops of blood in her kennel and immediately called us. We took her straight in to the pet ER (holiday) and she had a MCT in her mouth that needed quick removal. They really pay attention to the pups and their needs. They have a great Social Media presence and if you take your pup there make sure you follow them, your pup may make the page.
