14" pizza with sausage, pepperoni, onion and mushrooms

Cute place! Small local pizza place with a big menu and flavor. Have been here for lunch and again for dinner. Both were very good with excellent service. Food is hot and fresh, staff is friendly, and service is pretty quick.

Visited the other day with my husband. Greeted by a friendly staff. Ordered at the counter and grabbed drinks and a seat. My husband enjoyed The Steak and Cheese with seasoned fries and I had the Cubano special with curly fries. All the food came out fresh and hot. The sandwiches were made on fresh baked bread. Portions were large. The root beer was good. The place was clean with plenty of parking. Lots of cool musical decor on the walls. We will be back to try the pizza and wings. Owner came out to check on us and see how everything came out. It was delicious!!! Highly recommend.

Super crunchy thin crust. Minnesota style, square cut. Spicy sauce. To pizza in Brevard, maybe including Orlando. It is worth the drive.

Doghouse Pizza 4451 Enterprise Ct. Melbourne, FL 32934 3 Stars Mediocre is a person who does not have the ability to do something well. Doghouse Pizza in Melbourne exudes mediocrity, from the Chef Boyardee flat pizza dough rolled with a dough puncher to the gyro topped with low-quality ingredients. This place is just blah, but I get ahead of myself. My server today was Sonya. Sonya, albeit a loyal henchperson she may be, is the one bright spot in this den of dismal delights. She was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and spot-on for the entire meal. I asked Sonya for one of their Walter White Pizzas and a Gyro. As soon as Sonya brought my order out, I snapped a few pics and eagerly dug in. The smells were intoxicating. First up on the Big Boy's ever-discerning palate was the Walter White Pizza. Named after one of the most iconic television characters ever and one scene that will live on in meme infamy for infinite, how could I not try it? Consisting of Italian sausage, pepperoni, ham, bacon and ricotta on top of a garlic butter base, it certainly read and smelled fantastic. Sadly, that is where the good times stopped rolling. I'm sure the dough was made on-site, it had the pizza roller holes in it at least, but it certainly hit the taste buds like so much tasteless cardboard. I take that back, cardboard has a bit more flavor to it. The toppings are below average for this pizza connoisseur. Moving on to the Gyro. When you see Gyro meat being properly shaved from the spit you think you are in for the real deal. Served with crisp, creamy tzatziki I really tried to like this. However, with the unvarying commitment to sub-par ingredients, the rest of the toppings were meh. What I really found amusing was the fake fountain drinks. With choices like Dr. Peepers and Bark's Root Beer, I couldn't help but think of McDowell's in Coming to America. That sucking sound you hear in the background must be Doghouse Pizza circling the drain. The Big Boy says, "Skip it. No big loss." I would be remiss if I failed to mention that my editor did call to verify the toppings on the pizza and said that whoever answered the phone was "Extremely polite and professional."

Cheesesteak with peppers, onions & provolone for under $10; quality ingredients. Forgive the ketchup, it's great without it.

Amazing food and even better service! The cheesesteak sub on their incredible bread took me right back to South Jersey. My coworker loved her hot ham and mozzarella sub. The hand-cut fries were crispy outside, soft inside, and perfectly seasoned. Even the red and white checkered paper added a nostalgic touch. Owner Mark truly cares about his customers. Back at my work I realized our fries were missing, called and he immediately apologized and personally delivered two fresh large orders to my office--talk about top-notch service! I'm so glad I forgot my lunch today and discovered this gem in old Eau Gallie. Five stars all the way!

Service to the food was just great. Ordered the Pickle Rick and Sweet chili wings. Pickle pizza was delicious and the wings were nice and meaty. Will def. Be ordering again!

My wife and son tried the pizza last week and recommended we go back for dinner last night. Great choice. Greeted upon walking in by very friendly, smiling staff. Prompt service, great garlic rolls. We ordered a pie for my son, he loved it. I tried it too. Sweet sauce and perfectly cooked. My wife had the eggplant parm dinner with spaghetti and it was delicious. I ordered the chicken monachina. Chicken cutlet over a bed of sautéed spinach, mushrooms, tomato's, mozzarella in a Marsala sauce with fettuccine Alfredo. Absolutely one of the best dishes I've eaten since moving to Florida. Great find, great food! Worth the ride if you live in Brevard County. Looking forward to returning and trying out the rest of the menu. Very reasonable pricing. Our wait staff was on their game as well, always checking up on us. Well done. A+++

First and foremost, I have to admit that I did not think Slices Pizza would not last long, not…read morebecause of anything to do with their food, but the fact their location has gone through many business changes and Slices Pizza (which I will shorthand to SP for the remainder of the review) was the location's current... well... identity. Maybe the biggest reason why SP, or the location SP is at, is often passed by is how entering and exiting the strip mall is setup. You have to drive all the way to the other end of the strip mall to enter and exit despite SP being on the other end of the strip mall with no entrance/exit of their own. I would have passed SP if it weren't for my church's decision to eat here for lunch after service. Ergo, this is my first time eating here, and I hope it won't be my last. What I got was very good, but compared to other Italian and/or pizzerias, I have to rate them on the high-end of average. As I always say, I compare American pizza to American pizza in accordance to location. If I really wanted to be a stickler, almost ALL American pizza - which includes the BIG3 (New York, Chicago, Detroit) - would be severely lacking compared to traditional Italian pizza that I have eaten from Italy. But as an American slice, what SP serves is on average, but like I said, high-end. I ordered the margherita and caprese pizzas and they were cooked well in their brick-style oven and served conditionally well. However, there are many pizza places that have the same expertise and deliver the same quality. With that in mind, SP is good, but just as good as the "common good" pizzeria. To me, they don't have the standout as Genna or Pizza Gallery. The garlic knots, well, they were good, too. Can't really mess up garlic knots unless you really try to. And to top it off, the restaurant had the overarching themes of a typical New York style Italian restaurant (Italian flags, checkered tableclothes, etc.) and the staff was both helpful and friendly. Restrooms, at least the men's restroom, was clean, too. Ultimately, I would return here if I happen to want pizza and be nearby, but I am not driving out of the way to eat here. Like I said, SP is not bad, but they are a dime a dozen thus far. Maybe my review will update when I try their classic Italian dishes, but as of now, I am simply saying they are good, and if you choose to eat here at least for the pizza, you wouldn't do anything wrong choosing them. If SP's food stands out from other Italian restaurants, then I might consider improving the rating. However, if they remain good on averge across the board, they'll get another star if they are at least consistent.

The star pizza was our fave and the burrata! If you've never had burrata you need to. It's basically fresh mozzarella that's been hiding a secret...a rich, buttery, creamy core that melts the second you cut into it. It's heaven! The bread served with the burrata was perfect. It had just enough salt and rosemary. Like how can just a few ingredients seem so complex? Sorry I don't take great pictures but I hope you can tell how tasty things are from looking at them! My nephew did not like the coffee Paulo but I enjoyed the pairing and balance of the sweet and spicy (coffee grounds and hot honey). Elisa was satisfying as well.

The crust had the perfect bite--crispy with just the right chew. The cheese was melted perfectly, the sauce was flavorful, and every bite was delicious. I live about 40 minutes away and I'm already planning when I can go back. They also have infused olive oils you can drizzle over your pizza, which took it to another level. Chef's kiss. I also ordered the Caprese salad, and it was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. It came with a seasoned flatbread that reminded me of naan, and it was honestly addictive. I kept reaching for more because it was that good. Part of me doesn't even want to share this review because I'd love to keep this place a secret, but food this good deserves the praise. If I lived closer, I'd probably eat here every week. Absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying.
