Huuuge gym, as you would expect from the name, it is bouldering only. The weight/training area is a little limited compared to a lot of the other gyms I've been to, so expect a little bit of a crowd. There are plenty of walls to keep you entertained for a long time, you most likely will run out of steam before you run out of projects for the day! Worth noting that people don't have the best bouldering etiquette in here, so do expect others to cut you off and, some times, even start climbing underneath you when you're not done yet! But then again, that has less to do with the gym and more with the people in it. Climb safe!

Climber friendly for the new and advanced. Huge gym and they reset the routes regularly. Big love to the staff and other climbers for the great energy and support always. Fun music sets the mood. Weights, treadmills, hang boards for you. My main gym. Climbing here is a great way to feel good and strong year round.

Boulder climbing requires no ropes. Thick mats provide as safe cushions to drop and fall.

Sometimes it helps to do things that require strength and concentration to get your mind off distracting thoughts. If you agree, you might want to challenge yourself by climbing boulders and improve your grip strength! Dogpatch Boulders has varying degrees of boulders and people here are quite respectful to each other's space. It's also pretty clean, which is a great plus! There are also some weights and treadmills available for workouts.

What can I say, I have a love affair with dogpatch boulders. Awesome bouldering (bouldering only) spot isn't he Bay Area. I try to go to a touchstone location if I'm traveling, they just always have good community everytime I visit one. Staff is friendly at this location and it's always clean. Climbers here are down to earth and don't hog the wall. Some will even give you tips if they see you struggling. Supplies such as first aid, lotion even pads/tampons in the women's restroom are available. Parking is tricky, there is street parking available just be prepared to walk a block or two. I like this gym better than mission cliffs for bouldering. Monthly specials: free entry if you go in with a member of first Friday's. Membership is $90 a month or $29 day pass with a member. They tend to have other deals such as zero initiation fees from time to time. Come in and ask !

First time going here on a Wednesday morning around 730am. It was not busy at all and I was able to climb anything I wanted! I paid $30 for a day pass, shoes, and chalk. The front desk person said to avoid afternoons because it is super busy there, so mornings are much more preferred. The boulders are color coded, so you can figure out which level you're at and which boulders to climb on. They have a large space, so you'll have lots of opportunities to try different ways of climbing. I maxed out on V2. Anything above that was too hard for me! They also have a gym there, but it's a bit basic. No machines, just a squat rack and free weights. No cardio machines. Would come back!

Such a big, clean, and welcoming climbing gym! There is a yoga studio, and part where you can lift weights as well. There is a competitive climbing wall and a wide range for beginners to advanced. This was my very first bouldering experience and I drive one hour just to come because of the nice staff and wide variety of routes.

Came to climb for the first time ever! This place has plenty of climbs and lots of space for people. There's even a little lifting gym in the back! As a power lifter, definitely new found respect for these climbers cus my hands are raw, tender, and calluses all ripped :)

My friends and I came here to try rock climbing for the first time. We bought a day pass and it was $30 per person. They have V# on the wall indicating levels from beginner to intermediate. The matts were very soft to fall on. They also have a gym so you can take a break and start exercising. Locker rooms are available and they have pads, tampons, band aids , lotion , hand sanitizer etc. The place was very clean and friendly staff

Upon visiting Dogpatch Boulders for the first time, I noticed that it was very busy on a Thursday night. Despite the crowd, Dogpatch Boulders is a great place to climb. It is a large gym with many levels. There are also varied equipment so you can work out. Be prepared to wait for others to finish their chance at walls after a work day and come a little earlier to find a parking spot if driving here. I am a new member of Touchstone Climbing. Although I prefer ropes, I know I will come here to boulder more often than not. I came in for an introduction to bouldering class and I think it was helpful. You should just take the class even if you think it is not necessary. Staff were also helpful. Overall, 10/10!

The stairmasters have been broken for some time now with the first one being broken for 2-3 months. One by one they broke & now they're all broken. I understand gym equipment can break from time to time but the fact that ALL stairmasters are broken, 30% of ellipticals are broken, a handful of treadmills, & the weight machines upstairs are missing pins, broken cables, etc is just pitiful from a gym like this. VARIOUS THINGS HAVE BEEN BROKEN FOR MONTHSSSS!!! The LEAST they could do is communicate to us what is going on & what they are doing to rectify this situation. I usually do not write reviews unless necessary to make a change to the establishment. I hope this review finds its way to someone who can do something Side note: this gym also is starting to have an issue with people hogging machines while doomscrolling on their phones between sets as they are "resting". If that grind your gears, this is a heads up. Side side note: notice how management only replies to "positive reviews"; this is a critical review from an intermediate gym goer(3 years of hypertrophy training) for some context.

He's also a dog lover and took great care of my dog while I worked out. Even gave him some treats which was super sweet of him!! They also have a bunch of stuff to aid in recovery that I didn't know about. Ryan recommended the inflatable compression sleeves for my legs. I had never tried them before and he walked me through putting them on. Highly recommend this gym and am grateful for Ryan!

About a year ago, they had a policy of onsite lane reservations, which is the right thing to do if you don't have online lane reservations. You had a clear start and end time, could plan your workout, and actually get a full swim in. For some reason, they've stopped doing that. Now you show up with no idea if you'll even get a lane, let alone finish in time to get to work. They're also allowing three or more people per lane, which is just unrealistic. Once a third person joins, it stops being a workout and turns into traffic management. You can forget about flip turns entirely. The lane speed designations don't help either. Most people are on tight schedules and aren't going to wait around for the "right" lane to open up. They also block off a lane for personal training, which is understandable, but that lane could still accommodate another swimmer. Decisions like this chip away at what's supposed to be a core service. Most pools in the city allow reservations. You can reserve a lane. Some even have a no show fee which totally works. you can't trust humans to so the right thing here because they in most cases won't. Bottom line, the lack of reservations and overcrowding make it impossible to plan a consistent, efficient swim. It turns something that should be straightforward into a daily gamble.

I was referred through the Four Seasons and booked spa services while in town for a week. While I paid full price and tipped accordingly, the overall quality of my services was disappointing. My facial, in particular, was not up to standard. I've had a HydraFacial before, and this experience was noticeably inconsistent. The serums that are typically left on the skin were removed, which was surprising and not in line with what the service should be. Meanwhile, my friend received a completely different (and much better) version of the same facial, including additional modalities and proper finishing--this level of inconsistency is a huge red flag. The massage was also underwhelming. The technique felt minimal and lacked intention, especially compared to my friend's experience, where she described a thorough, tension-relieving service that clearly went above and beyond. I did bring my concerns to the front desk staff before leaving, specifically about both my facial and massage. Unfortunately, the response was disappointing--they looked at each other as if unsure how to respond and offered no feedback, follow-up questions, or attempt to address the situation. At that point, I simply paid and left. (I will add that our initial encounter with the spa front desk girl who gave us a tour was exceptional and had great customer service etiquette. Sadly, she left as I was changing.) Customer service unfortunately didn't improve afterward. I inquired about Pilates Reformer sessions, and the front desk staff were less than helpful. I also followed up via email and didn't receive a response until a week later--which, again, is disappointing for a business of this caliber. Overall, between the inconsistent services, lack of accountability on-site, and delayed customer support, I left feeling that the experience did not reflect the price point or reputation. I had high hopes, but sadly, I'm not very impressed.
