I no longer take Shadow here. The last time I took him, I swung by to see if he was ready to find out he was. He was locked in a cage ready and I hadn't received a call. The staff told me they were about to call me but I no longer felt comfortable bringing him here based on this experience. Shadow is a rescue and he's been through some things. He doesn't like to be in the cage locked up.

I've been bringing my two dogs here for grooming for the past five years, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. I have never had a bad experience--not even once! They always groom my dogs exactly the way I ask, and I can tell they genuinely treat them with so much love and care. Miguel is always so kind, friendly, and professional. I've always felt completely comfortable and confident leaving my dogs in their care, which means so much to me as a pet owner. After five years, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies. I have come here for over 6 years. Miguel is fantastic, as well as everyone else who work here. Miguel really cares for our dogs and lets us know if he feels there is something that needs to be checked by a vet. My dogs have never come home with razor burns or cuts (which we experienced with other groomers). They are prompt and call as soon as the dogs are ready to come home. I highly recommend Dogs by Cindy. We have found the best dog groomers and never plan to leave. read more

would give 0 star, they discriminate against pitbulls . Called for a nail trim , asked what kind of dog and immediately said they will not accept pitbulls because of an "incident" . well any dog can have an "incident" not just pits . this is the only place in town so far that does discriminate so I would go anywhere else in town . Don't go into a dog business if you are going to discriminate and if you can't handle an "incident that happened once" with any kind of dog read more

I used to really love this groomer but on my pet's last 2 trips they've kept him there for a very long time and he's come home anxious on his last trip May 31st 2025. I have an appointment with the vet today but it seems like he might have some type of a parasite he's been pooping and lethargic and won't eat Has anyone else experienced this? read more

I have been taking my fur baby to this groomers for a couple years now. Every time, the bath & cut are impeccable. I have a small Chipoo (Chihuahua x Poodle mix) Small 6-8 lbs. I can't nail trim my dog, she doesn't let me. I have tried PetSmart but they didn't quite do it for me. Very easy to make an appointment with Dogs By Cindy and affordable prices. The grooming employees are fast and gentle. No marks or damage done to the skin of the animal. They call promptly when finished. Clean and sanitary practices always. Very small location but it works! They get booked up fast! So schedule ahead. Thank you so much! read more

Worst grooming dog place. I took my 8 month golden doodle here. they complained and complained that they had a hard time grooming him. They rushed me to pick him up because he was barking so they placed him in a back room so they wouldn't hear him bark. When I got there to pick him up, the guy rudely said "it's going to be $100" and continue to complain about that He had a tough time grooming him. that's your job... to groom dogs. Never again coming back to this place dirty and nasty. read more

This place is the best dog grooming service in Las Vegas. They're centrally located, and the staff is very professional. My dog has a tendency of nipping at strangers. I took my little dog in for a bath. When I got him home he cowerd in the corner. He has never done this before. With in a couple of days a large bump appeared on the side of his face. Super nice people, clean office. Just I believe this is your job so should take pride in it. I let them have artistic freedom and ended up with a basic shave and cut. For what is being charged you think they take more pride to make smoother haircut. Very choppy and uneven. read more

I have two, 2 year old mixed breed dogs that are used to being groomed by the same lady in the same mobile grooming van, but when we moved to Vegas it has been hard to find that connection. Dogs By Cindy took in my 2 frightened dogs cleaned them up, no complaints (on either side ), no extra charges, great location and friendly staff! Miguel is a true professional! His customer service and transparency was amazing. We spoke thoroughly about my concerns, timeframe and price. My little baby was so matted that I was scared to take him to a groomer because I did not want him to purposely be hurt by someone. I also informed Miguel that I would be giving birth any day now which was the reason my little baby was so matted. My little baby looks so cute!!! He also was wearing a cute little bandana. His groomer experience was way above expectations! He's not bald, while other groomers told me they would have to shave him completely bald. He still has hair on his face and his tail. Dogs by Cindy is the only place my little baby will be groomed at. My little baby also did not come home scared or in any pain which I was concerned about. What has happened since has only made the situation worse. After the incident, I repeatedly called and requested that the owner or manager contact me. It has now been two days, and despite multiple attempts to reach someone, I have received no phone call, no apology, and no meaningful effort to address what happened to my dog. What I did receive was a public response to my review containing information that does not accurately reflect my experience. Rather than taking responsibility, reaching out directly, or showing concern for an injured pet, the business appears more focused on defending itself online. What I find especially troubling is that the company's public response states that veterinary care was offered when I picked him up. That is simply not what happened. No veterinary care was offered at pickup. In fact, I was explicitly told that he did not need it. It was only later, after I called to follow up, that a receptionist mentioned I could take him to a veterinarian associated with their business. By that point, my confidence in the company's judgment and handling of the situation had already been shaken. I understand that accidents can happen when working with animals. What I cannot accept is the complete lack of accountability afterward. My dog was returned to me actively bleeding despite being described as "fine," and he was also returned with feces on his hindquarters. These are not opinions--they are facts that I personally witnessed. The true measure of a business is not whether mistakes happen, but how those mistakes are handled. In my case, there has been no meaningful follow-up, no attempt to make things right, and no willingness to engage in an honest conversation about what occurred. Pet owners should be aware that if something goes wrong, they may be left to deal with the aftermath on their own.

Hannah was nice, friendly and patient with our hairy little puppy, and the self wash stations for our two doggos was easy to use and well-stocked. Only downside is that they only have two showers available, the soaps there aren't that strong (you have to use a lot to get a good lather) and the grouchy woman next to us decided to blow dry her giant black chewbacca friend in our direction pelting us with its tumbleweed sized hairballs for over a half an hour. (Think she was mad that we took the taller shower) rude, but I believe in karma so maybe one of you with an even bigger dog can go there and get her back for us. (Pwetty pwease?) After seeing how beautiful Hannah made our little princess fuzzball look, we booked another appointment for our two chonkertons because we weren't satisfied wiith the way we bathed them. (Not their fault, ours.) Hannah treated them well and groomed them wonderfully. They left smiling and so did we. Long story short, this is the BEST place to go to groom your doggo and a good place to go to look for sepcialty foods and treats. People here are nice, place is clean, grooming is EXCELLENT. It was easy to book for her appointment online even if it was last minute, and once I paid for the deposit I was set. I did the haircut package with the scratch stopper bundle and teeth brushing which came out to a total of 130, which I felt was a fair price. The inside of their studio is sterile and clean, and everyone was so kind and accomodating! They were able to flawlessly comply with my requests, and took their time to make sure my baby was comfortable and clean. It took around 3 hours for her to be groomed, and she turned out so lovely. All of the staff was so pleasant and kind, they made sure we were on the same page regarding my baby's haircut. From now on, Well Groomed Pets will be my go-to grooming salon whenever we come to Las Vegas.

Exceptional work, Ive taken 3 generations of dogs here for over 25 years. Great care for the animals and great customer service. Great experience! I couldn't have asked for a better groomer, either…read more I had a terrible experience with Whitney's Pawlished Mobile Grooming service last weekend. Do not use those amateurs, Stacy and Nikki blow them out of the water. The trailer is much cleaner and has plenty of ventilation. My dog loves Nikki, he was very comfortable (as one can be with a new experience). I booked Nikki by speaking with Stacy. What great people, they care about your pets and your own well-being. They were able to squeeze me in yesterday, but I could not find the water spout (I live in an apartment community). Since I couldn't find the spout, they rescheduled with me today, no attitude, no problems. Very flexible and easy-going, very experienced in dog grooming as well. When we first spoke, Stacy told me that she wouldn't recommend shaving a husky, if they didn't get all the tangles out, they would come back but they would brush him out and do what they could without causing him irritation. What a relief. My dog was deemed "unmanageable" by the Whitney's Pawlished crappy grooming service because he was "too matted everywhere" lol and was denied service if I didn't comply with shaving him completely. Not once did Nikki or Stacy recommend shaving my husky, she worked out his tangles and worked with his personality. She let him lay down when she brushed him and called me when he freaked out over the dryer (loud noise). He grew comfortable with it as she worked with him, but he got bored sitting there for so long and she called to tell me he would still be somewhat wet from the bath. I felt extremely comfortable leaving him with her and grabbing a bite to eat around the corner- she asked me if I'd like to stay and watch through the window. So inviting and hospitable- really makes a dog mommy feel comfortable. Nikki clipped the fur on my boy's neck as that is where it was slightly matted from his collar. Before she did this, she called me to let me know and ask me if it were alright with me. She didn't bother me either, just called me twice to confirm. I appreciate open communication and am really pleased with this service. My dog lays on his side a lot, so his hind quarters get tangled up. She worked those tangles out with absolutely zero problem. I am so happy I found these guys and will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs a mobile grooming service. Very trustworthy and efficient!

She is by far the most professional and personable mobile groomer I've run across, not to mention extremely knowledgeable on dog handling. It seems that most of the mobile groomers are only doing this because it's easy money. However if the groomer isn't great at handling dogs then you probably don't want them washing your dog! The 1st groomer that came dropped my chihuahua and left the other one shivering & wet for more than 5 minutes until I said something! Stacy is a dream come true. If you want a reasonably priced loving groomer - Stacy is #1 - I'll definitely use her service again & again. EXCELLENT WORK!

Our family has had three of our dogs coming here for 15 years. We've never had any issues until…read morerecently as the daycare has a new owner. We understand that transitions are tough and have compassion for that, but the experience (or lack thereof) that we've had with the new owner has been jaw-dropping and severely disappointed. Last week, we got back from our family trip and our dog Ellie was boarded for a few days. She always has had the best time and has never had any issues or injuries. Any time something did happened, we were called right away and an incident report would be filed. There has always been a trust had with Hot Diggity Dog. Now onto this new experience. We came to pick up Ellie and noticed when we got into the car that her left paw was bleeding. We looked at her paw and one of her claws was clearly ripped out of her paw. The nerve was still intact, but NOBODY said anything to us upon pick up or called us when it actually happened. That was red flag #1. When we went in to address it with the gals in the front, Christina was the only one who tried to genuinely help and give us answers (she very well might be this new owners only saving grace). She let us know that the owner was going to call us and let us know but that they have been so swamped and it "slipped their mind". That the owner was going to still call us. I let her know that is a breech of trust with us but that we will wait for that phone call. The new owner has still never called us and it's been almost a week since that convo. That is now red flag #2 and was a deciding factor that we will no longer be bringing our dogs to Hot Diggity Dog. If this new owner would have been accountable to what they said, we would have been more than happy to extend forgiveness. Unfortunately that did not happen and the ball was dropped not once, but twice. Accountability and integrity are HUGE for us. Hot Diggity Dog's previous owners had that. I hope this new owner learns the importance of that.

Today, our appointment was canceled with roughly 15 minutes notice -- which of course we didn't even receive because we were already driving to the appointment when they called. This comes after our previous appointment where we sat waiting nearly 25 minutes past our scheduled time just to get our dog checked in. What's especially frustrating is that this business is extremely strict about requiring rabies vaccination records for new clients -- which is completely understandable and responsible -- yet somehow they don't actually keep those records on file afterward. So now that we're going elsewhere, they can't even provide us a copy of the records we already submitted. At this point, it just feels incredibly disorganized from a management/ownership standpoint. Two appointments in a row have either been significantly delayed or outright canceled, and there doesn't seem to be much regard for customers' time or convenience. Thankfully, there are plenty of groomers to choose from, so this really isn't the end of the world. It's just an odd way to run a business if the goal is to attract and retain loyal customers.

Hannah was nice, friendly and patient with our hairy little puppy, and the self wash stations for our two doggos was easy to use and well-stocked. Only downside is that they only have two showers available, the soaps there aren't that strong (you have to use a lot to get a good lather) and the grouchy woman next to us decided to blow dry her giant black chewbacca friend in our direction pelting us with its tumbleweed sized hairballs for over a half an hour. (Think she was mad that we took the taller shower) rude, but I believe in karma so maybe one of you with an even bigger dog can go there and get her back for us. (Pwetty pwease?) After seeing how beautiful Hannah made our little princess fuzzball look, we booked another appointment for our two chonkertons because we weren't satisfied wiith the way we bathed them. (Not their fault, ours.) Hannah treated them well and groomed them wonderfully. They left smiling and so did we. Long story short, this is the BEST place to go to groom your doggo and a good place to go to look for sepcialty foods and treats. People here are nice, place is clean, grooming is EXCELLENT. Our big rescue (half Golden Retriever and half Pyrenees) was a 110 pound of hairy matted dog! He can be feisty as well about his claws being clipped.
