Extremely disappointed with this grooming business and will absolutely be taking our dog elsewhere moving forward. Today, our appointment was canceled with roughly 15 minutes notice -- which of course we didn't even receive because we were already driving to the appointment when they called. This comes after our previous appointment where we sat waiting nearly 25 minutes past our scheduled time just to get our dog checked in. What's especially frustrating is that this business is extremely strict about requiring rabies vaccination records for new clients -- which is completely understandable and responsible -- yet somehow they don't actually keep those records on file afterward. So now that we're going elsewhere, they can't even provide us a copy of the records we already submitted. At this point, it just feels incredibly disorganized from a management/ownership standpoint. Two appointments in a row have either been significantly delayed or outright canceled, and there doesn't seem to be much regard for customers' time or convenience. Thankfully, there are plenty of groomers to choose from, so this really isn't the end of the world. It's just an odd way to run a business if the goal is to attract and retain loyal customers. read more

The staff are wonderful. The owner is awful. I don't understand why the owner is so nasty towards me, she doesn't even realize she's behaved rude towards me on another occasion. I upset her because I asked why my dog's groom would be another 30 minutes. I only asked out of curiosity and I'd like to request she look at her video cameras where she will see her negative body language in response to my question. I left upset only to have to go back inside for my phone. The owner stole my phone and throw it out of the store away from my view. Not one employee told me she had done this. A customer approached me and told me what the owner had done. Fortunately an employee from State Farm saw my phone fly in front of her store, she was able to save it from being stolen. Unprofessional behavior coming from a local business, absolutely shameful. Updated 10/14/25 I am not surprised the unprofessional owner responded. I highly recommend you stay clear of this establishment. It is unbelievable to me how a professional business woman would react to a simple question, "oh why is that?" as if she was attacked. Hi, this is Oliver! He is a one-eyed pirate and is 14 years old currently. He has had a biting history before and All About Paws has done such a great job with handling Oliver with care. My appointment was at 1:00pm and upon arrival it was about a 5 minute wait until the groomer came out to get him which was great. I notified the business about Oliver's aggression and came prepared by giving Oliver his medication before bringing him to All About Paws and the nice lady (I did not get the chance to remember her name I apologize! Please remind me if you folks remember who groomed Oli, thank you!) said he was groomed with no issues. The fees are $67 for small dogs with nail trimming then I added $8 silky shampoo for him. This price is cheaper than other places we've been to down South. The products that All About Paws provides were great! We found a lot of things that accommodate for my fur baby at home. We used to bring my girl Yorkie here and it was good. Seems there was a change in management recently and the staff has also seemed to go from better to worse. When I called to ask about pricing they said $65 per dog but when my husband took our yorkies in they said $75 per dog. In addition to taking my girl yorkie, we recently got a puppy boy yorkie and they said they would try to groom him but not force anything if he begins to give them issues. Which is fine but the way they said it was almost as if they were wanting an excuse to not even try to do their job and in addition my poor yorkies were practically SHAVED not groomed. This was my first time going to this business. I just moved to the Aliante side of town and they are close so I wanted to give them a try. I expected a wait for the self-wash tubs. I was told it would be 15 minutes so we waited and walked around the store. At first the customer service was good I was being told that we were next, after this one dog, then one dog became two, etc. At one point they came and asked me which shampoo I wanted and that my dog was next -- they were just going to clean the tub for us. Then another dog went in front of us again, there was two short hair dogs that got blown dry for 30 minutes as they swapped staff...then nothing...a lot of running around and we were there for almost 40 minutes. So we left. I finally got a call from the owner that they had space for us after we had already left and were sitting at home. Not Going Back. read more

I needed to get him a thorough bath asap Upon entering was quickly greeted and given the run down of how the self serve works. Everything was easy peasy. Walk ins are accepted along with reservations. You pay when your done. Put Mr. Arlo in the tub and attached him to the lead. This was very good as he was trying to hop out once we got to the drying part of him. And no, he wasn't fully dried when I tapped out either. Try drying a Husky it isn't fun or easy. I should have brought a mosquito net to cover my face with all of his fur. Interior is store in the front and the grooming areas in the back. So many different items are offered. For the self serve everything is included. You can do upgrades as well. The tubs accommodate small to large dogs easily. Aprons are available should you need. Would most def recommend. Pricing in my opinion was pretty cheap. I got 1 hour to wash and dry along with high quality products. Mr.Arlo walked away with soft silky fur. Let me preface that I have been going to this self dog wash for years. I really loved how close and convenient it was, not to mention how nice the people working there are.... Until today. It was not busy at all, was met with a pleasant staff member. Proceeded to wash my dog things were business as usual... However when it came to pay, she stated the usual price but before I even touched the payment console a different price popped up. I asked her why it was now a different price and she stated "oh it's the tip you left!" I corrected her and said I didn't even leave anything yet, I haven't touched the screen. She gave me an oops face and changed it back to the original price. This is a self serve dog wash, you were great handing me the shampoo and conditioner that comes with the price but you did nothing else above and beyond other than being nice, which should be a given if you're working with people. Took my golden in for a trim and wash. We discussed several times not to shave the back of my dog. They cut all the hair from the back that will not grow back . The paws are not trimmed correctly. I very upset about the job that they did because it is irreversible. There's no communication between them and the groomers. The groomers should know not to shave down the back of their coats. A full refund doesn't not help that they cut too much off. They are no better that Pet Smart read more

I know ppl disagree with it, but I get my Aussie shaved. They shaved everything but her head and ears. After my initial rating, the owner reached out to me and corrected everything. She made me a new appt (just one week later), lowered the price of the cut, made notes on my dog's file (to prevent future mishaps), and got one of her star employees (Christine) to correct my dog's coat. Great place to wash your dog! I have a Great Dane puppy and the bath tub is just getting a little too small so I thought I would try a self serve dog wash. This place was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of options for shampoo and conditioner. Tear free face wash and cologne are included in the price along with two towels. The water sprayer and blow dryer were both super easy to use. Lots of non-slip mats everywhere, including in the tub. I brought my toddler along with me, and they had a little step stool and apron for her to wear so she could "help out". They have big aprons for adults as well. Overall it was super easy and worth the money to save me from the mess in my bathroom. Also, I asked about their full service grooming and was given a super reasonable quote. Took my girls in for a bath and nail trim today. Lady at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Lady who trimmed my girls wasn't very friendly. She came out with our second dog and said, "Is this yours"? Didn't find it very nice to refer to my dog as this or her whole attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day. Anyway I did the self wash on my dogs. I love how they provide everything but learned from the past to bring my own shampoo. A whole bottle of their shampoo doesn't lather up your dog. I would recommend this business. ***Got a note from owner. Turns out the shampoo they use doesn't have Sodium Lauryl Sulfate in it which creates the lathering. I do know a bit about SLS as I use toothpaste without it. I will try more of the shampoo next time and the owner has said she will not dilute it so much next time. Raising my rating to a 4 star and I will update review next time we go in. Which will be sooner than later as my picky dog loved one of the dog food samples we got today. read more
