He had a beautiful very well maintained long wavy coat 5-6 inches. I specifically said " I like to keep him long, please only take half off". She agreed he was NOT matted anywhere else other than belly and that it was ok to shave down belly only. She asked if ok to trim up his ears. I said yes. Pointed out matting on his beard; I agreed it'd have to be cleaned up. This is the before and after. Major hack job. Shaved down to half an inch left! Long untrimmed ears. And totally shaved off between eyes? So that it's pink skin exposed. WHY? It also looks like some of his nails weren't done at all. For $115 I could have shaved him my self. If you don't want the task of doing a doodle then just say so. He looks ridiculous and has zero coat protection when it's WINTER.
