I brought my cat in and gave very clear,…read moresimple instructions: clean her ears, trim her nails, trim the hair between her paws, do a small hygiene trim near her backside, and give her a bath. I even saw them write everything down, so there should have been no confusion. To make things even worse, the employee specifically asked me if I wanted a lion cut, and I clearly said NO. Despite that, they went ahead and shaved my entire cat anyway. This was never discussed or approved. It's honestly shocking that something this drastic was done when the request was so specific and minimal. Now my cat is uncomfortable, her coat is ruined, and she's been acting stressed since the appointment. This wasn't just a small mistake--this was a complete disregard for my instructions and my pet's well-being. If you can't follow clearly written directions--or even a direct "no" to a specific question--you shouldn't be grooming animals. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet.
