They were happy to talk with me each day when I called for updates, and Petunia thrived and was quite healed and in excellent spirits by the time we returned. I drop my fur babies off at 8am and get a text 2-3 hours later they are ready for pickup! This allows me to have my day to enjoy and they are not stuck in a cage or at a dog groomers all day long for 5+ hours. When they are drying after their bath they enjoy play time with other dogs being groomed. If there is ever a problem, the owner as you notify her immediately so it may be discussed and resolved. Running a business like this, yet alone the work is back breaking and hard I cannot even imagine. I've seen the dogs that come in there big, small, long matted hair, crazy situations. Fortunately, Shoreline's doggy daycare was just starting up and we took a chance. It has been such a great experience. Our dog loves it there and attends 6 days a week. The staff genuinely care about the animals and do a great job playing around with them.
