Happy puppies

Left my dogs here for about 4 full days. They came back happier than ever and very tired. Very nice staff, competent and responsive. I appreciated the updates via email staff sends out.

It's always so frightening to bring our fur babies to a new place. I totally lucked out finding Dogtown! Our Springerdoodle has now been going here regularly for grooming (the Spa) and boarding for a year and a half. Dogtown treats our girl like family. The staff is well trained and education is done with staff members on the care of our pets/babies. They regularly sanitize and make sure our fur babies are safe. It is easy to communicate with staff members. Everyday your fur baby is boarded you will get a report card and a photo of how you they are doing. Don't be surprised to see you fur baby having fun and playing hard!

We are so happy to have learned of Dogtown! We love skiing and hiking in Utah but weren't sure who to entrust our sweet puppy to. Dogtown was the best! Loved that they emailed me daily photos with a quick update, and that they have lots of outdoor playtime with other friendly, similar-natured dogs!

Yes we would recommend this pet resort. Friendly staff and nice facility. Our dog came back happy and tired from playing. We are super picky with our Boxers and only take them where we feel comfortable. Seriously we have walked away from some kennels. This one we would definitely use again. We drove up from 4 hrs away and went to a convention and left our Rock star over night. It was super convenient and easy to find. The photos of the place are spot on and the people deserve a shout out. Thanks Red Rock for taking good care of our Rock.

Dixie out in the play yard

My dog Dixie loves going to Dogtown! I've been taking her there every time I go out of town for the past 18 mos. She loves the staff and her old and new friends she makes with each visit. Highly recommend both locations, St George and Sandy, UT.

My dogs live Dog town. The staff is so nice and caring. I even get a photo once a day of then playing outside with an update on how they are doing.

These folks are so great. Everyone there truly cares about making dogs happy. I am so stress free when i leave my little man there. And then when we get hoke he sleeps and sleeps and sleeps, so i know he played all day. Great stuff!

We dropped our 10 mo old cattle dog off for the day while we explored Zion. The staff at drop off were very friendly so we felt at ease leaving him for the day. Please note that this was his first ever day at a doggy daycare so we were a little nervous. At pick up, the staff was again very friendly and got our pup out very quickly. Our pup is now sound asleep after having a great day at the Red Rock Pet Resort. Love how they even gave him a sweet report card for the day. If we're ever in Utah again we'll definitely be using this daycare for our pup!

She died of pancreatic cancer.Fast forward to a year ago, after this program said I could use my last 2 paid weeks in the future. I rescued another dog who needed training for pulling and aggression towards other dogs. I opted to use my prior 2 weeks and pay an additional 1k to train my new dog. Everything was set for early January of 2025, but my mom died on the 16th and I couldn't keep the schedule. When I began attempting to contact Daniel in March, he was MIA. I felt bad for him and thought there must have been a tragedy in his family. Not so, he is just dodging me. I dont care about the lost 2 weeks. I just want my 1k back. Shame on you. I would not refer you to anyone.

I had high hopes when I first started working with this trainer, but unfortunately my experience…read moreturned out to be incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Back in March, I was told that my dog Shadow could be scheduled for a refresher in June due to one of the trainers resigning. I understood the situation and was more than willing to wait. I even responded promptly, confirming that June would work and asking to be placed on the calendar. As June approached, I reached out again -- multiple times -- to follow up and get a specific date set. My messages were never responded to. It's now the end of June. At this point, I just want my money back so I can take my dog elsewhere to someone who's reliable and professional the least you can do is communicate and issue a refund.

Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind as he worked with my Goldendoodle Max. I was amazed at how well Max behaved after the first day! Max has continued to improve with listening to commands even with distractions (people, dogs, cars). Before this program I was stressed to take Max, or the bucking bronco, outside the home. It was embarrassing as he wouldn't listen to me, pulled on his leash, barked, jumped on visitors and was too friendly/excited around other dogs. I had worked with him since he was a puppy...he knew his basic commands...he just wouldn't listen. It was really frustrating! I love our Max but we needed help! Max is now a superstar Doodle! I take him everywhere without any stress or anxiety! Brandon has equipped me with knowledge, confidence, and tools to help Max be the best dog! The coolest part is Max is happier and more confident as with me, he is equipped with awesome skills and understands what I am communicating to him. His focus is on me and not the squirrels/distractions. Thanks Brandon!!!! If you are dealing with a bucking bronco fur baby, don't wait. Do it, make the call!!!! I wish I would have signed up months ago...Oh well...life is superb with my Doodle Max.

My two year old lab, Brody, is a sweetheart but if he wanted something, he was determined to do…read moreanything to get it. He would eat everything in sight (especially socks!) Brody loves people and other dogs, so he would get so excited when they were around that it was hard to control him. I always assumed his behavior was because he was young but I knew something had to change when he got kicked out of doggy daycare for taking an employees gardening glove and swallowing it. That's when I found Sit Means Sit. It was very easy to get information on the website. I just typed in my name and phone number and a little summary about Brody and Brandon, the trainer, called me the next day. We spoke about all the different packages they offered, prices, and what the training includes. He helped us pick the training program that would help Brody the most so we signed right up. I scheduled our first training session pretty quickly (I think I was able to get in about a week after signing up). Brandon is the nicest, most knowledgeable dog trainer I've ever met. Brody was always so excited to see him! We started our first lesson and not even 20 minutes in, my crazy 90 pound lab was no longer pulling on the leash. The next session, we took him to more public places, like Home Depot and Petco. This is where I was most amazed. Brandon taught Brody to sit in one of the aisles alone and wait for us to call him to move. We walked away from him, many people/pets passed right by Brody, and Brody did exactly what he was supposed too. It was such a big difference from the wild Brody that would have pulled me all over the store, jumping on people and trying to wrestle with all the other dogs there. What's especially nice about the training sessions is the involvement you will have in the training too. Brandon shows you exactly what you need to do/practice with to keep up the new skills. We met a total of three times for training and Brody has been a great dog since. Another awesome thing about training is that depending on the package you get, you and your dog can do free group lessons! Brody is also so good off his leash. I used to worry about taking Brody to open parks to play ball off the leash but now that's our favorite thing to do together! If your dog needs training, Brandon (and anyone else) at Sit Means Sit is perfect for it! I can't wait for group lessons to start! Thanks again Brandon and the Sit Means Sit team!

On top of that, when she sent me his records she "forgot" some stickers for the vaccines so she added it later. When trying to discuss my concerns with her, she completely ignored me and bombarded me with reviews of happy customers and said her bad review was addressed and it was the purchaser fault. In addition, when trying to state my concern she said I have no knowledge of dogs, tho I grew up with dogs my whole life and had a total of 4 as of today, and that since she is a dental hygienist she knows how to treat a dog better than a vet. On top of everything, I noticed the vaccine records of Fester does not even match my puppys vaccine records from what the vet gave her. She told me I just don't know how to read the label. But she doesn't realized dogs with EU passports have the vaccine name, signature from vet, and label from the vaccine bottle placed in it as record. I tried to request my deposit back and she ignored me and told me to stop committing wit her. She is very unprofessional and will not listen to you. All she does is PUSH PUSH PUSH the sale onto you and force you to buy the dog and play mind games on you making it seem you are not knowledge compared to her. I do not recommend purchasing from her!!!! If 0 stars was possible, that is what she would have gotten.
