They take him and almost all the staff shows up when he arrives. He gets tons of play time and fun with the other dogs. This time we booked him but we're unable to get a bath time on release BUT!! The staff texted us and said they noticed he didn't have a bath scheduled. They quickly and easily schedule a release bath and he was ready to go when we picked him up. We really enjoy this amazing pet resort thank you to the staff and management!

They were usually fine--especially with our dog--so we trusted them. But this last time, we left our cat there while we were in Europe for 17 days. When I picked her up, I knew immediately something was horribly wrong. She looked like a shell of herself. She had shrunk down to the size of a kitten, limp in my arms, not moving. I took her straight to the vet. The diagnosis: full kidney failure, extreme dehydration, infection levels through the roof. Four days later, I had to put her down. I can't even explain the pain of that. She was part of our family. She trusted us. I trusted them. And they failed her. When I asked the staff what happened, they told me they had video of her walking around, like everything was normal. That's not what I brought home. No one noticed she wasn't eating or drinking. No one noticed she wasn't okay. They didn't care enough to pay attention, and because of that, she died. The vet told me this might've been preventable if someone had just acted sooner. That thought haunts me. I miss her so much. I still can't believe this happened. I will never bring another pet here again. I don't even know if I'm done dealing with this legally. I just know I'll never get her back. Pet owners--please be careful. Don't make the same mistake I did. (I'm sharing photos from the day we said goodbye, and of her ashes. This is real. This happened.)

She died of pancreatic cancer.Fast forward to a year ago, after this program said I could use my last 2 paid weeks in the future. I rescued another dog who needed training for pulling and aggression towards other dogs. I opted to use my prior 2 weeks and pay an additional 1k to train my new dog. Everything was set for early January of 2025, but my mom died on the 16th and I couldn't keep the schedule. When I began attempting to contact Daniel in March, he was MIA. I felt bad for him and thought there must have been a tragedy in his family. Not so, he is just dodging me. I dont care about the lost 2 weeks. I just want my 1k back. Shame on you. I would not refer you to anyone.

Back in March, I was told that my dog Shadow could be scheduled for a refresher in June due to one of the trainers resigning. I understood the situation and was more than willing to wait. I even responded promptly, confirming that June would work and asking to be placed on the calendar. As June approached, I reached out again -- multiple times -- to follow up and get a specific date set. My messages were never responded to. It's now the end of June. At this point, I just want my money back so I can take my dog elsewhere to someone who's reliable and professional the least you can do is communicate and issue a refund.
