This location is great. I rarely give 5 stars because it takes a lot to get there but for me, this business was great to work with and easy. I know that Doggy Dude Ranch is closer to Zion and more convenient but to me, when you love your dog and they are basically your kids you want to know they are being cared for and not closed up in a cage. Doggy dude took forever to respond to me and I went for who responded quickly and also received great reviews. Yes, they are 25 min away which is 50 min round trip but to me, it was worth it. My dog was not locked up in some kennel. I saw her got to run around their house with one other dog and the business owners were super friendly to get along with. I say yes to this place, and not another place that takes for granted they are close to Zion and think they are the better option. Because they were not! Very interesting... first approaching this place I was unsure, a messy exterior and next to a busy road. It is a home sitting business and the people are very nice. Dogs all seemed to have a good time and the inside of the home is clean and safe. Exceptional flexibility in their services! Like so many of you I needed someone to watch my dog while we explored Zion for a day or two. These guys really came through. It's a small family operation and they bring that kind of care and attention to every dog who walks through their doors. Jessica at Naughty dog training was recommended by a friend to help me learn how to properly train my Staffie/American Mix. She is 11 months old and doesn't have the best manners. I wanted to learn how to correct that before it got out of hand. I love that Jessica comes to your home (As that is usually where the problem behavior is right?! ) As soon as Jessica walked in, she knew what she was doing and my girl took to her instantly. Jessica was Honest and knowledgeable, She showed me what I needed to do to get my girl to do what I want her to. That is a powerful feeling. Until meeting Jessica I was afraid I would fail my girl, I was so afraid, that I thought about Board and training, but have since decided against it. We were planning a day to Zion National Park and did not want to leave our Lab in the RV for 8 hours while we were gone. We took her to Naughty Dog and she received excellent loving care. They let the dogs run freely around the house and I felt totally comfortable leaving Abbey there. They are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend this place for doggie daycare. read more

We left our one year old golden retriever here over thanksgiving weekend and it was great. The lady and her husband were so good with our dog and she was very well taken care of. At first I was a little hesitant because of the amount of dogs in a small space (it's at their house) but they were all great. It was a snowy week and they let all the dogs inside which was nice, so she was all dirty when we picked her up. When we came back to get her up she was happy to see us but obviously enjoyed her time there! I would definitely take her back again. read more

I'm visiting Zion and have both of my dogs with me. I had an emergency situation where I needed dog sitting...and one of my dogs is reactive to other dogs. The woman that answered the phone at Naughty Dog went above and beyond to help me when I was in a desperate situation. She asked other people for help when she couldn't help me. She texted me asking follow up questions to get me assistance. Really, talking with her restored my faith in humanity. She was so kind and helpful, when she really didn't need to be. Jeremy has the patience of a saint. His vast knowledge of training which shows when he is working with you and your dog. He seems to evaluate what your goals are with your dog then uses the training techniques that work best. If I has questions between lessons he was always available to answer. He trained me & my puppy with results that went far beyond my expectations. When people visit me they are amazed at how well behaved my dog is. Jeremy has also boarded my 3 dogs at the last minute and long term. I wouldn't want them to board anywhere else. They are loved and treated like family. This is not your traditional dog care facility. It's a family run place that they do out of their home. They only accept 10 dogs a day. They have their backyard partitioned into two sections. They have a big barrel of water with fresh water constantly running into it in the backyard, and a doggie door so the dogs can go as they please from inside and outside the house. They let the dogs inside their house, and sometimes the husband takes a few dogs with him into the garage. This is a home like atmosphere for your dog. It has a bit of a strange feel to it, maybe seems a little unprofessional, however it seems like these people really like dogs and provide your dog with an experience much like being around the house at home. Additionally, most places in the area on Sundays will only kennel and don't allow your dog to be out socializing. This place takes dogs on Sunday which is perfect and the price is right. My only concern I felt was about feeding. It's not clear to me if they enforce a rest time after eating which can be problematic, dogs can get stomach problems such as bloat. And I know that at least one meal for my puppy got forgotten. Because I got food back. But she gets three meals a day which is unusual and I could see how that could pass under the radar. read more

Marilyn and Debbie were quick to respond to our message for last minute boarding while we traveled to Zion National Park. They even sent us text updates. Their facility is clean and comfortable for all sizes of dog. Out Titan had a great time there in the a/c while we went camping in very hot weather. It was our first time leaving our dog with a doggie day care and I was kind of skeptical about leaving him, but after the first day with Marilyn he had so much fun and was taken well care of. After reading reviews on here and speaking with her I was excited .. however ..Dropped my 2 dogs .. one needs extra care and is in Diapers ... it was chilly in the am so I had a dog sweater on them. The other dog is not so friendly which lady was aware of .. came back after 6 hours ... Lady was nowhere to be found some guy had to call her to find stuff .. my elderly dog in diapers had the most soiled diaper ever and still had the heavy dog jacket on now hanging half way off of her ( mind you now 80 degrees) .. another woman approached me and said my other dog bit her when she put her hand in the crate ... uhm yeah don't stick your hand in there and if the Lady I HIRED maybe would have told you not to do that..... she was in a crate that was covered with some blankets pooped and peed all overherself. Guy could not find their leashes or the bag of items including vaccination papers ... he finally found the leashes ...I just took my dogs and left ... had to bathe both dogs at the hotel ... never again.. if you tell me YOU will care for my dogs then YOU care.for my dogs don't leave them with other people .. .. I was so disappointed... she seemed so nice and assured me they would be take care if with the difficulties they have .. to leave them with even more strangers. It's already stressful enough for them. Could not wait to get out of there ... Not a good experience..find someone else. read more

We drove in from Los Angeles last summer for a hiking trip and missed our drop-off time for the kennel that we made reservations for. I did a quick and desperate Yelp search for a local kennel and found Jeramy's business. I gave him a call and he was more than happy to accommodate our last minute request to accept our dog for a few nights. Usually our dog looks shaken and tired when we leave him in a kennel for a few nights. This stay was a different story! We could tell that Jeramy treated him tenderly because our dog looked relaxed and happy! I strongly recommend putting your four legged friend under his care. I noticed Jeramy in our dog park and liked the way he handled a dog in training. He set up an appointment and presented the package best suited to my dog's needs. Emma needed to calm down when people came into my home. Her excitement always got the better of her. She didn't listen well and forgot her manners. After a few sessions with Jeramy, she turned into being a well behaved dog and handled visitors to the house in a totally different way. I had purchased shoes for her to wear on her walks to prevent her paws from getting burned on the hot Arizona asphalt. Just couldn't get her used to walking in them and Jeramy mastered that on the 2nd walk. He also got her adjusted to wearing her cooling vest while outside. I would highly recommend Naughty Dog training. If you want a happy and well trained dog---this is as good as it gets! I have not used their boarding service yet but plan to do so in September when I'm out of town. read more

My girlfriend and I have 2 rescued dogs that were in need of some training! Our lab mix had major socialization issues - she was very timid, especially of men and other dogs. We knew that she wouldn't do well in group training, so I found Jeramy on Yelp, and based on his great reviews, we thought we would give him a try. It was totally worth it!!!! Our lab has come such a long way in just the 5 sessions with Jeramy. She has totally come out of her shell and has become so much more obedient. We had thought our other dog, a yorkie minpin mix, would be difficult to train as she is incredibly bossy and too smart for her own good. Well, our little bossy terrier mix totally transformed and was a rockstar when it came to basic obedience commands. We were amazed when Jeramy was able to show us various training techniques based on the individual dog. What worked for our lab, didn't necessarily work for our terrier mix, and Jeramy was able to cater to each dog's learning style. I would recommend Jeramy to anyone looking to train their dogs. Don't waste your money going to pet store training classes, Jeramy is the real deal and will teach you and your dogs everything you need to know in just a few short weeks! read more
