The washing machines are card (plastic), and the dryers are coin only. There are options if you arrive without cash. There's an ATM and bill changing station. You will be covered if you have a bank account with funds available. There are washing machines capable of loads ranging from 20lbs to 135lbs; the dryers have two roomy sizes you can choose. If you divide your load across a few, you'll never run out of options. You will never have a hard time finding a laundry cart. The staff does a great job lining the available carts along the outside wall. All in all, I have no complaints. I will return.

I was notified when the clothes would be dropped off about an hour beforehand and when the laundry was dropped off they sent a photo and left the bags neatly in front of the door. Everything was folded nicely and washed with Tide so it smells great. If you have sensitive skin, there is an option on their website to choose the more gentle Tide detergent. I will definitely be using their pick-up and drop-off service again and again and highly recommend it!

The staff is always friendly and responsive to your requests. When ever I need something cleaned quickly they get it back to me in a short turn around time. I've even had a sweater repaired and I can't even tell where the original hole was. I've had everything dry cleaned here - pants, jacket, comforter, pillow, down blanket and i've even had my Uggs cleaned! My peacoat came back like new (after having a drink spilled on it) - it looked like I had just bought it and my Uggs looked great after a winter of trudging through snow - all the salt and water stains were removed. Prices are reasonable for the size of your item. My family has been going here for generations now and the work is consistently good so far!

My dog threw up on the corner our rug, no major issue, let's go get it professionally cleaned. $150 later picked it up and stored it for about a month as we were getting work done on the room it was going in. The smell of the rug was awful. Smelled like a much more severe version of leaving your clothes in the washer while wet for a few days. Took it back, person said "it must not have been completely dry when it was wrapped up" - okay, lets clean it and give it a few weeks to make sure it's dry. No change. And they made me pay to have a rug that is now unusable.
