I brought in shirts for a simple press and starch. What I got back was shocking. Burn marks on the collars and cuffs--actual damage that can't be undone. No starch whatsoever. And the "pressing"? Nonexistent. The shirts looked like they had been tossed in a dryer and handed back without anyone even bothering to check them. This isn't a mistake. This is carelessness and a complete lack of professionalism. Charging customers for this level of work is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and the cost of replacing your clothes. It took me about an hour and a half to wash and dry 3 loads. I found both the washers and dryers to be sufficient. I personally add laundry sanitizer to my wash as well. There was one onsite attendant who seemed to be handling laundry service for a client. They also have free wifi, children books, a restroom, vending machine and laundry soap for purchase. Parking was fine with designated parking spots in front of the facility. Overall, this was a great experience and the washer and dryer decisions were easy to understand.

Most of the machines are coin operated but they do have some that you are able to use a credit card for. Price ranges from $4.25 to $10.50 at the washing machines and the dryer is 25 cent for 5 min of drying time. Since they are industrial equipment hey do dry things very quickly. I had two loads that I was able to get done in a little over an hour. Inside they have plenty of laundry carts , a few vending machines, and soda dispensing vending machines if you happen to forget your laundry detergent. They have a ATM on site if you forget your cash. I am not sure of what the fees are though. They also have several bill changers that will take up to a $20 dollar bill. The only drawback I found during my visit was that the bathroom door didn't have a lock so use at your own risk. One attendant was working when I went but not sure of her hours. She remained diligent keeping the place tidy. I did not see any machines out of order. I will return because it's convenient and a decent price.
