When we picked up his remains, we were given another dog's fur and blanket. This is not a small mistake, it is a devastating and deeply disturbing error. If they mixed up something as personal as fur and bedding, how are we supposed to trust that we even received our own dog's remains? When we contacted the company, they could not explain how this happened, could not provide the correct items, and eventually stopped returning our calls. The lack of accountability and. communication is unacceptable. Families who are grieving deserve care, accuracy, and respect. Instead, this experience has left us with doubt and additional heartbreak.

My sweet Oliver was cremated and put into an urn I chose out of their large selection that they have. They had one that was for ferrets so that's the one I selected. I will attach photos of the urn and imprintings I received. I paid total 80$ or so for the cremation of Oliver, the urn for his ashes, hair clippings from Oliver, and the imprints from his feet and nose. So thankful for everything they were able to do for me.

My dogs have been cared for by Happy Paws for 10 years now and they always provide excellent and…read moreprofessional service. I use them for dog walking and for overnight stays. Their employees clearly love caring for pets. My assigned "Pet Pal" dog walkers all know my dogs personally, as does the owner. Whenever anything has gone awry while I'm away the owner has always called me and managed the issue personally. When one of my dogs had a medical issue while I was out of town, they took him to the urgent care vet and stayed with him the whole time while he got treatment while keeping me updated, then took him back again the next day for his check up. I really appreciate that their "Pet Pals" send an update with photos every time they see the dogs.
