It's tiiiime! All we want for Christmas ... is Mariah Carey! [Las Vegas NV] Dolby Live is located in the Park MGM in Las Vegas. This was my first time watching a concert in this venue. The sound system delivers an excellent, crisp and evenly balanced experience from the performers on stage. It is huge and can sit 5,200 guests. We were seated at the balcony level and still had a good view. Of course we would've loved to see Mariah up close but I can't complain. The venue has 3 Levels: Orchestra, High Orchestra, and Balcony. There are also terraces with views of the Las Vegas Strip and The Park. The Entrance to the theater will be on the right after the MGM Rewards desk. Overall nice venue and great experience. I love the Dolby live venue inside Park MGM. I have seen Mariah Carey and the Jones Brothers here. Every seat is a good view in this venue. The seats are soft and cushioned. There is plenty of leg room. We parked across the street at The BLVD for only $20. It was a five minute easy walk up the escalators and over the bridge. Usually the parking at park MGM is $40-$50 if there is an event.
Fun fact: For locals who didn't know - Park MGM is the old Monte Carlo Hotel! The NKOTB Residency show was absolutely an epic must see show! Your 1990s teenage heart won't regret it. The Dolby Live theater is very loud and intimate theater; there isn't a bad seat in the house! Service was impeccable as we were relocated to closer seats for free! Special event parking was $30, boo to that! Drinks were $30 or $50(special NKOTB cup) for one cocktail!
Went to see the New Kids on the Block last night and I will tell you.... One of the best examples of pure showmanship and generosity of talent I've ever experienced! The theatre itself was well laid out and we had some great seats. Front row balcony are always a go to if possible. Just a great unimpeded view with an excellent vantage point. Acoustics were excellent and this remarkable 2 hour show was set in the perfect venue!! Dolby Live is located in the MGM Park hotel and is easily navigated two by the tram that goes from the Bellagio right to the MGM Park hotel! A lovely time was had.
Every time I'm in new city, I love going to their arena and amphitheaters. The Dolby Live has been on my list for a while and I was finally able to check it out. I came two days in a row. The line sometimes look long, but they go by very quick. I like how there are bathrooms located all over the place. I was able to bring my drinks from the casino inside. Just make sure it's in a plastic cup. If not they have some available. They do have a bar with a variety of items. And the drinks they have you can either get with two shots or three shot shots. All the staff I encountered was great and friendly. The seats are kind of comfy too. Due to the way it was created. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. You will have a good view wherever you are. Obviously the lower the better but even if you're in the upper upper bowl, you will have a decent view.

Why yes I did! I've been a fan since my grade school days. Ever since they started up again back in something like 2008, I've gone to almost every single concert. When I found out I'll be in Vegas during their residency, I moved my trip up a day to catch the last day of their early July portion. I got my tix about 3 months prior. I like sitting in the aisle and was able to grab a seat closer to the center portion. During what I believe was Tonight, I got right next to Joey! I'm shy, so I didn't try to get a selfie with him or anything. I just took a pix of him while others kept running up to him. The benefits of an aisle seat! Overall, my view was pretty good. Not too close or far. Only gripe is the concession stand prices. I believe I paid something like $60 for a water and an alcoholic beverage. That's just too much. And I didn't even get like a souvenir cup or anything. Not that I would have paid extra for it, but just trying to justify the spend. Glad I was able to get an aisle seat. Had so much fun fangirling for the evening. Note: It gets pretty cold during the concert so bring a jacket. I had mine on the whole time. REVIEW #3804
I was privileged to enjoy a complimentary 4th of July VIP Concert a few years back. The venue is new, clean, spacious and organized. Close to all of the MGM Branded Hotels. I was comped a suite at MGM Grand so it was convenient. Security is friendly and welcoming and most importantly, respectful. Concessions are reasonably priced if you want something else that isn't offered with a VIP Package. Restrooms are close by and clean. The sound was excellent. The stage was positioned so that everyone has a perfect vantage point to enjoy the concert. All in all, it was a magical night and unforgettable. Silk Sonic made a guess appearance and surprised the crowd. Epic.
Came here to see BRUNO MARS and this is the most I have ever paid to see anyone! I have seen him LA at The Hollywood Bowl and The Forum. This place beats them all, Mainly because it only seat 5200 people. I will have to warn you BRUNO has your phone locked up in a pouch! YUP! Once you checked in with your phone, it goes in a pouch they WONT unlock until you leave the venue. I love how he jokes about it in his concert as well. Sorry not sorry, I took your phones away! The venue is so organized and clean. Women restroom clean and huge. Multiple concession stands on each level. We were sitting in the 304 level right in the middle and it was great and amazing! His performance is on point, engaging and just oh so good! You can see him clearly and I think I am not spoiled with shows in Vegas, you pay a little more but you get the full experience, seem more intimate. Once concert was over it was pretty painless to get our phones unlocked as we exit the venue. Overall it's a great experience.
The Dolby Live theater located in the Park MGM hotel and casino is a great venue to see concerts! The acoustics of the room a very good and while the theater isn't the largest - it gives good sound and the view from most any seat is pretty good. The staff is friendly and there are a number of concession areas for snacks and drinks. Made for a very good experience. We saw the opening night of Motley Crue The Las Vegas Residency 2025. It was a great experience!
This week we went to go see The NKOTB at Dolby live inside Park MGM and we were not disappointed! NKOTB put on a phenomenal show, what great performers each and every one of them are! The venue was perfect, all of the stage props, pyrotechnics, audience confetti, and stage set up were absolutely phenomenal! The sound was perfect and crisp. Born and raised in Las Vegas and been to all the venues, but this was my first time here and we will be back for future concert/event events! Great job, NKOTB!
This is probably one of the nicest venues for seeing concerts on the Las Vegas strip. There are awesome views from most seats and excellent technical abilities for a variety of artists. They even had the new kids floating over the audience up by the mezzanine. The seats are a bit cramped if you are larger but overall not uncomfortable for most people. The sound quality was good but there were a few base issues where we did hear feedback. They offer merchandise on the first and second floor and bars are located on all levels. The entrance was a bit confusing to find initially. read more
Perfectly located inside the Park MGM and impeccably designed, the Dolby is easy to get in and out of, has comfortable seating, and has really good acoustics. We were balcony level, and the view was great. Some of the side seats might have obstructed views, but the two large screens help with that. All the seats had cup holders, and concession stands and restrooms are conveniently located on each level. Doors open an hour before showtime. We saw MIMI this past weekend, and her voice is still great and I love she sang all her old hits. read more

Wow, what an amazing concert by Bruno Mars. It's clean, it's fun, it's extraordinary, spectacular, outstanding, exceptional. I mean, any good adjective you add it's short to his performance. I will see him again and again and again! And the Dolby has no bad seats at all. All seats at this theater it's a great view. One free advice.. don't try to outsmart the security here. If it says no phone, no recording, don't gamble getting kicked out of the show with no reimbursement and no show experience. No is a No. Including recording glasses. You won't succeed. You will be kicked out. Come enjoy the show like the 5,000 plus people that do. It's an amazing experience! read more

I've been here several times already and I love that it's a fairly small venue in which you can say that there really isn't a bad seat in the house. Employees & security are great at crowd control, organized and professional. The venue has bars/concession stands on each floor, and those lines usually move fairly quickly as well. Restrooms are also on each level, were clean, and did not have long lines either. Seats are ok, with ample space and leg room; but who sits down during concerts?! read more

The Mariah Carey performance was nothing short of amazing. The vocal skills and range of this woman were just out of this world. It was unbelievable. So good in fact, I was trying to figure out if she was lip syncing during some of the songs. It was hard to tell, but very possible. I hope that wasn't the case. Nevertheless, her voice is angelic. Now, as for the show and performances....strange and seemed impromptu and not rehearsed. Mariah Carey was so robotic and sedated. She walked and acted like an AI robot. And her transitions between songs were SO awkward. She would walk off the stage before the song fully ended. Not only did she appear robotic and stiff, she looked like she was hurting in the shoes. Her dancers weren't that great either. But, overall, I was very impressed and entertained by the music and her voice. read more

Attended Maroon 5 concert and was seated in Section 306, Row G, Seat 10 Plenty of leg room and the seats are not cramped like the ones in L.A. The only thing is you have people walking in-front of you, but I would rather have this let space than be behind someone with a big ass head blocking my view of the artist. Ushers are nice and the staff were also helpful. Although this old man working the merch booth was grumpy. I asked for a certain number and he wanted to argue it was the right one until I had to physically show him he was incorrect. Maybe put your glasses on old man. SMH read more
Folks say there's not a bad seat in this house - and while I've only been here once, I think I'd have to agree. My sister and I got last minute tickets for a show and we were pleasantly surprised by how close the stage was from the 300 level. I appreciated that the show had a countdown timer/clock so that folks knew if they could get up to buy merch, a drink, etc. But, bring ear plugs because the sound SOUNDS. It was a bit overstimulating at first. And beware that if you're behind the VIP tables, there's constantly people walking. They don't obstruct the whole view but it can get distracting. read more

My sister and I spent $2,000 on tickets and $6,000 on our trip to see my all time favorite singer, Mariah Carey on my sister's birthday. Dolby Live is the absolute worst venue I've ever attended! We were escorted out of the concert because a fan refused to let us exit the row to the restroom or for drinks. The very unprofessional and disrespectful security guards quickly sided with the rude fan which angered me greatly. Prior, I shouted "I love you Mariah" and threw an envelope with heartfelt letters and an ornament from Bethlehem, Israel. I read the venue rules and initially was going to take Mariah flowers and saw that wasn't allowed. I had no idea I couldn't throw a letter. Security stated it was Mariah Carey's staff that wanted us escorted out. We are devastated that because I threw a heartfelt envelope and tried to exit the row for a drink it resulted in being escorted out. Dolby Live security gave us the worst treatment we've ever experienced at a live show. We have been to 100s of concerts and this was by far the worst experience! I'm a Hollywood affiliate and have personally performed at House of Blues and other major venues. Some of my mentors included but are not limited to Snoop Dogg, Layzie Bone (Bone Thugs -n- Harmony), Birdman, Stunna (Cash$Money Records) While expressing my frustration about being unfairly escorted out, a Dolby live employee said to me "I'm not here to help you, I'm here to look pretty." Her manager was present and allowed the unfair treatment to continue which set me even more off. We are staying at the MGM Grand, but this experience at Park MGM, Dolby Live took us from loyal MGM customers to never returning to any branch of MGM ever again. read more

I absolutely love this venue ! I went to see Usher's residency last minute and the parking and access to venue is very convenient. It's very classy and almost every seat seems like a great view. I cannot wait To come back and see Bruno Mars ! read more

This is my second time around, at Dolby. First for Bruno Mars. I came here last weekend for Ushers Vegas Residency. This was his last concert of summer 2023. Don't worry! He will be back in Oct as well. The man can put on a show, but only for the grown and sexy crowd, IYKYK. It's actually a pretty good music venue. The sound quality is great. Nice updated seats. Lobby is large, with a bar. Quick security check process to get in. Lots of security and staff. You can even bring in large size bags & purses ladies, and they do NOT need to be clear/see-through, yes! It's a tiered seating arena, so there are not really any bad seats. You can access it either inside MGM or from the street outside. Besides the prices of the tickets, there is no drawback! read more
As many who have come before me, I saw Usher at the Dolby Live theater in Park MGM. He was amazing and bomb and the best which I'm sure affects my feelings on the theater as a whole but I'll try to throw my biases aside. USHER IS A KINGGGGGGGG tho!!! Seeing him live will change your life and must be done. The theater is really nice, I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. Sound and acoustics were excellent. Views were amazing. Visuals were on ten. Staff was really helpful. Overall awesome experience, and I'd see another show here without a doubt. Including a second dip into Usher's live foray! read more
Great theatre for the Usher concert! Checking in and security was a breeze compared to the thousands of concerts and shows I've been too. Process was ran efficiently. The sound and screens were great! We were located in the 400 section level and the view was adequate. The seats/arms were a little tight once other parties started to come in. The ticket prices were still very hefty I would say but we had a great experience. Leaving the venue wasn't too bad either! read more
Seeing a concert at the Dolby Live venue has been on my to-do list. I've been in Vegas and either the venue was dark or an artist I wasn't interested in seeing was performing. On our recent trip, we bought tickets from the MGM website a couple weeks beforehand to see Maroon 5 on Wednesday, May 29th We arrived at 7pm and parked at the Park MGM parking structure. As a MGM Rewards member, my parking was free. I thought the free privileges might not be applicable on special events day, but it was. It was a short walk from the parking structure into the casino floor and the venue entrance. You can't bring in beverages included water bottles. Workers directed us to the escalator to get to our seats. The two level venue seats 5,200 for Residencies and since it is small compared to arenas and stadiums, it offers a more intimate setting with good vantage points from all sections. Our seats were in Section 306, Row F, and seat 5, 6 and 7. The seats were spacious and at 6' tall, my knees were not even closed to the seatback in front of me. As for concert, Adam Levine and Maroon 5 put on great performance and was on the Y shaped catwalk a lot. I heard that the venue utilizes Dolby Atmos and a 4K video wall as the sound quality was excellent and the videos were clear. With a library of hit songs, Adam got the audience up and dancing on many of the songs. Adam even came to talk about sing "She will be Loved". The concert ended with "Sugar" and being showered in one of the biggest confetti drop I've ever been in. Now that I have experienced a concert at Dolby Live, I will for sure look out for performance here on my next visit to Vegas. read more
Great venue. I've seen Bruno Mars, Lady GaGa, Usher, Foo Fighters, and Cher here. Acoustics are great, in and out of attendees is organized well. Plenty of bars on each level. Lines move quickly. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. Love the ease of staying at Park MGM when I attend shows here. Look for room and ticket packages on the big events. And don't miss Bruno! Super easy to access from our hotel via Lyft. The lines for concert entry moved pretty swiftly. Well lit and clearly identified signs to help with navigation. The seating layout ensures that all attendees have unrestricted views. Bathrooms within close proximity and very clean. Ample bars located outside of sections to ensure food and beverage can be purchased without spending long wait time in lines. Staff present and available to assist with locating seats and answer questions as needed. Seating: Comfortable and allowed for us to enjoy concert without feeling like we were sitting on top of one another. read more
They have great artists! Saw Usher, Jonas Bros, Lady Gaga. Great venue with new errrthang. Smooth entrance and seat finding. Pricey drinks but, hey -- it's Vegas, amiright lol it's shocking to pay under $15 most times :( Only reason it's not 5 stars is the parking situations. My gosh that area. So busy!!!! Either park NYNY or Park MGM; either way, if it's a weekend, you're prolly SOL as far as smooth and cheap parking. It's packed and prolly an automatic "event parking" :(((((((( read more

This is my first time here for the Maroon 5 concert. The venue is nice, the stage set up is good. It seems it doesn't matter where you sit, you get a good view of the performance. The stereo system is outstanding, the double big screen is good. The entire audience was absolutely engaging and the grand finale is concluded with a great sound and confetti made the vibe so warm and fun! read more

Dolby Live at Park MGM was the nicest venue to watch a concert. Between seating and the sound system, I was impressed! The furthest seat away from the stage was only 145 feet. Not too shabby! I watched Usher in concert from section 405, which was balcony seating. The four jumbo screens behind the stage enhanced the concert experience. And I could feel the sound system. There were lots of bathrooms and concession stands. When the cashiers were available, they held up a sign letting you know to walk up and place your order. I had a water for $8 and a Bud Light Seltzer for roughly $20. Pretty pricey, but I expected it. Security in my section was on point. Someone walked down to the bottom of my section and stood blocking our view. Security was on it in less than 2 minutes. Thank you;) The staff were all friendly and the restrooms were well attended. Love this venue!!! I came here to see Usher for my birthday and I'm so glad I upgraded my seat. Once inside I was guided by the stage. Watching Usher perform up close and personal was epic! He put on a hell of a show. I was standing, singing and dancing all night. It was cool vibing with everyone. It's even more enjoyable when you're surrounded by real fans. So glad I was able to see him before his residency ended. read more

Every seat in the venue is an excellent seat. Spacing of rows and seats is adequate for easy movement, without bumping into others. Artists performing live in Dolby Atmos is an experience not to be missed! There are two massive screens flanking the stage, so if you are in the upper level, you still have great visibility of your star performer. I cannot stress enough how amazing the sound is. For those into sound and immersive experience, this is your place! The lighting and visuals are also top caliber work. Exiting was a breeze. We walked out of the theater, hit the escalator and was dropped into the casino (Park MGM). I recommend walking to the next hotel or away from the Dolby Live uber/lyft pick up post show. The wait and crowd was insane, remember it's not only concert goings but casino folks too. We walked next door to Aria and got a taxi in seconds. Lovely venue. I hope to see more performances here. read more

The Dolby Theater is connected to the Park MGM casino and resort. It's a beautiful location and good size theater that holds a good amount of fans for a concert. I went to see Usher, My Way, Las Vegas Residency on 10/13/2023. It was amazing! It's definitely not for kids, but for the grown and sexy crowd! Show started at 9am and doors opened at 8pm. They let in VIP guests and the General Admission guests earlier, then us regular concert goers! The theater had multiple lines forming around 7pm. I got in one of the lines around 7:30pm and was third in my line. When they opened the doors a staff member scans your phone and the entrance is beautiful inside. You go through the metal detectors, safety first, and then go up escalators and have 3 magnificent chandeliers on top of you. There's 3 levels. The merch was on the second level. I bought a cool sweater for $90. I then went over to purchase my drink; a 32 oz You Call It (Margarita on the rocks) at the bar for $34, including tip. Then I headed up to my level. We had to wait outside of our seating area until about 8:15pm before we could go in to actually sit down. I showed the staff my phone and she showed me where my seat was. My seat was a velvety teal color and it was super comfy. I was in area 403, row A, seat 24. I was at the front of the balcony so there was no one obstructing my view. Even if I was further back, the seats are stadium seating so you have a good view regardless. There was lots of leg room, which was a pleasant surprise. When other concert guests were passing in front of me I hardly had to move for them. Usher came out around 9:45pm and it lasted until about 11:30pm. I had a pretty spectacular seat! I was flying solo for this concert, but I got lucky to purchase an excellent seat a few days ago so I figured it was meant to be! The restrooms were pretty and down the hall a bit. Usher is more than amazing! He performed all of his hits. I sang along to pretty much every song! The vibe was hype, but it slowed down at appropriate times. The venue had 2 big screens, but as I looked around, it appeared you had a good view from anywhere. I LOvE smaller theaters like this one where I sat with 5,000+ of my closest friends to admire a fantastic star. Ushers birthday was the following day! The standing only General Admission area wasn't too big, but the VIP section looks nice. The stage had a cool shape for the show. Usher came to the back in between the guests and was SO CLOsE below my area to sing a few songs, what?! I was not expecting that, but was super happy to see him closer. I'll definitely come back to this theater for other concerts when I'm back in Las Vegas! read more

We were recently in Las Vegas and went to the Lady Gaga concert. We really enjoy this venue. The concession lines were a little long when we got there. The line moved fairly quickly and the bartender we had was very friendly. We were up in the balcony but the big screens on the sides of the stage give you a close-up look. The sound quality seemed very good to me! Tickets for this specific concert were pricey but I would definitely go to this venue again if there was a concert I wanted to see. read more

Came here Saturday night for Usher's My Way residency. My teen self was screaming. The show was better than I expected and worth the $450. So much going on from dancers on the pole, roller skating, and etc. We were in the last row but it felt like we could still see a lot and didn't feel like we were in the nosebleeds. The drinks are expensive and they didn't have one specific drink but the strawberry fruity drink I got ended up being tasty and left me with a nice buzz. The restrooms are clean and there wasn't a long line when I went to use it. We got here by taking a shuttle to the Tropicana and then walking the rest of the way. There's nearby food in the area and we opted to get Shake Shack. Highly recommend! I would come back and see him again with friends/family who haven't experienced the residency. read more

700th review ,in the liveliest place that I know Vegas ! To see this generation lil Sammy Davis Jr this man is an entertainer ! He literally sang and danced for 2 hours the 2nd half he brought the ATL to Vegas. I don't want to give a show away but it was amazing. Definitely get your rest if you're going to see him cuz it sure doesn't start till 9:00 but all she doesn't come on until after 9:30 and it goes well into almost midnight. So that was a long evening for me because we actually flew in the day of the concert. The theater was nice. Intimate seats about 5,000 or so. People eat. Sea is elevated above the next one so you'll be able to see past someone's head. The seats are not very wide I must say but between the seats being raised in the two screens depending on the performer at least two two screens or more you should be able to see the concert. And definitely the sound system is very loud. I literally feel the base in my chest ! It was bathrooms on both levels that I remember and the bartenders were pretty fast with their pores. A lot of the mixed drinks are pre-made and they'll throw your shot in with it. Of course not cheap and they do emphasize or suggest a tip on there making your drink as well. 301 & 307 cut off the very sides of the stage, so depending on the show set up, you might not be able to see everything happening but the overall view is still pretty good since most artists keep things more in the middle.…

Drinks are definitely allowed into the venue, however, I would not chance bringing a novelty cup as security can be inconsistent with that rule.

Having been to the park theater for multiple concerts, really any seat is good. It is a small venue and should not be an issue.
How is it sitting in row L section 304 directly behind the MIX section. Does anything obstruct the view or distract you?
The MIX section is where the sound and lighting engineers are set up. They stand up and work on the boards throughout the show. Some people might find that distracting. Not sure about obstructed view though. Our seats in 304 were off to the side,…

The seat layout varies by performer, so your best option is use the seat map on Tickermaster.com for the show of your choice. You can click on any seat on the map and it will tell you the Section, Row and Seat.
The only package I can afford for Bruno Mars is seating in the 400 section. How is the view from the cheap seats? :)
It's a pretty small theater, I think we were in 400 and the view was fine. Be prepared for very high drink prices though!
