I just had a terrible experience here and got really disappointed about the service. I purchased a perfume and got the wrong one so I had to call them about it (tho they already told me it's a final sale). But since it wasn't the item I wanted, I had to bring it up to them, hoping for an exchange. The process was a little too much that they have to base on a CCTV camera to check what really happened. They told me and kept saying they had proof that I chose the same item but can't provide a voice that I literally said it. Returning this item shouldn't be this hassle and offensive. But since it's only a perfume, and not their expensive bag, the service will also be poor. Won't recommend to buy here, instead go to macy's or nordstrom for a hassle-free returns/exchange read more

Their service was something else! In a bad way! The woman helping us with the short pixie cut was really rude! My boyfriend and I wanted a separate transaction and she told us that she wants the good numbers for "UPT". As someone who has worked in retail I would never put sales commission goals over the customers needs. Then when she was having trouble with the transaction I told her again please two separate ones and she got so frustrated she said she'll "leave us alone" and just walked right away from the cash register. Not only was she rude to us but she was incredibly rude to her coworker, I think the other coworkers name was Helen? She had blonde hair and glasses , she was trying her best and was much kinder to us. I was giving her grace and kindness. But I wish we walked out and didn't give them our business at the end of the day just because of pixie cut lady. read more

One of my favorite stores at the South Coast Plaza. Simply gorgeous, while usually we just wander through, I love their clothing, very well made and will last you a lifetime. They have a large selection of women's, men's and children's clothing, I love it all. Service is exceptional, very friendly and helpful, what they don't have in stock at the moment can be ordered, you are well taken care of from the moment you walk in. I wanted to browse the color collection for the Devotion bag and the worker who had helped me didn't even let me see the various colors in the size I wanted to see. She just pulled 1 bag out and I was able to try it on and look at it, but when I was asking to see more she gave me weird looks and didn't seem to process what I was originally asking so I never got the help I wanted. The look she gave me made it seem like she didn't want to help with my request and wanted me to leave which I did. I'd rather shop online instead. read more

I recently purchased a bag at dolce and gabbana store in southcoast plaza. I decided a week later that I did not love it and attempted to return it and was told I could only receive store credit. This was never told to me when I purchased it and they have it printed on the back of the receipt. i would never buy anything in the store again. The online and department stores give you 2 to 4 weeks to return it for full refund. I would order anything you want online so you have the option to change your mind. I don't know of any other luxury stores that don't offer a short refund window. read more

It's a shame that the boutique is no longer open anymore. I liked D&G's form-fitting dresses when I was going though a corset/bustier look in tops and dresses. At this location, clerks were very energetic and friendly. Almost every single time I set foot in this D&G, there would be a friendly clerk asking me if they could help me find something, if I wanted to try something on, etc. I never ended up buying anything there but I liked the service there. Stars were taken away due to the last batch of collections they carried before the boutique closed. They seemed trashy or just cheap-looking. read more

I love this store, always organized and looks amazing and all the staff there is so nice (I'm not kidding!) when you shop there they do all they can to give you the best experience you can get. They carry most of the collection and you can find there women's, men's and kids. They have many pieces that you can't find anywhere else. read more

This store has a fairly good selection of outerwear and denim. The sales associates are also helpful and know a lot about putting together a specific look that suits a particular client's taste. They aren't intimidating or pushy, and actually give customers space to roam around and ask questions as they please. When I went, the store had a 50% off sale for the entire store (except sunglasses and a few other accessories) continuing through the month of June. So if you're thinking about going, there probably isn't a better time. read more

I noticed someone say this store was closed but perhaps it did for a bit. However, my boyfriend and I were in there prior to New Years on Dec 30th. Personally I love Dolce & Gabbana its gorgeous. On this day I was disgusted by the lack of attention we were given when we entered. The young Asian woman that worked there did not greet us or even looked our way with so much as a smile. We asked if we could see a jacket in the back and she replied "sure you can"... I was confused by her rudeness, as she had replied to us but didn't budge from her spot. Mind you there was no one else in there shopping. We were two men on the mens side of the store looking to purchase and it had become obvious that she was judging us thinking that a Black and Latino man couldn't afford anything in there. It wasn't until we asked about a particular "Musical" blazer that she stepped over. They didn't have the size we needed, but there was no suggestion to alternatives. No tailoring advice, no questions about what else we could possible need. It was obvious she did not want to help us at all. We ended up leaving and buying Moschino instead. It was disgusting the lack of service we had been shown there. We felt profiled and it was extremely upsetting. read more
