Karina in response to your reply about my review.
I had my haircut at Patrick Taleb Salon in Weston a few days BEFORE you highlighted my hair, I have the receipt for that.
I never raved about how great my hair looked, it is possible you have me confused with another customer. You said," doesn't it look great"? I was skeptical and said, "I will have to get used to it but I'm not saying I didn't like it."
I have nine texts to you after the procedure attempting a resolution with you. Those text messages are attached here.
I did call you back and leave you several messages.
I never said I didn't have the money to do my hair properly.
I paid you $300 to highlight my hair.
No one bought me a certificate to get a keratin treatment.
You advised me to do the Keratin two weeks before getting it highlighted, however after researching and finding it is preferable to apply keratin after coloring which seals the hair cuticle making the highlights last longer and look more vital and shiny, I decided to wait until after. Though I have not done it because my hair is so damaged and I was waiting for you to evaluate, condition or whatever it is appropriate to be done to mitigate the current condition.
Additionally Receiving keratin before getting highlights is not required for the service to come out properly.
And whether I bought purple shampoo from YOU or somewhere else should not determine a Salon hair color specialists willingness to correct damage caused by a procedure that they did.
If my hair was not in a healthy enough condition for highlighting, and you knew it would cause damage, you should have refused to do the service rather than knowingly damage my hair to make $300.
I noticed from another review that you performed a conditioning treatment on another client after she requested it when she was dissatisfied.
Where we are now is: knowing that I have a problem that is a result of the highlighting process you did, will you do whatever is necessary to repair it, At your expensive obviously, or refund my money so I can go get it fixed somewhere else? I am presuming that knowing this would damage my hair, the discrepancies in the details as you remember them, all of my documented efforts to meet with you to resolve the problem, which contradict your recollection of the situation, that this would be a satisfactory compromise and resolution. I am hopeful you will agree to one of the above resolutions. Thank you. Tracy Thomas read more
