First, Bea... she is incredibly professional, kind, and an ARTIST when it comes to injectables. I use Dysport and my lines had never been smoother, not my eyebrows as well arched. Then I met Taylor, who has been doing my photo facials. She is such a wonderful, warm person who does an incredible job targeting the dark spots, the broken veins, and the rosacea. After the first treatment, I finally felt confident enough to not have to wear makeup out of the house and by the second treatment, I swear she took 5 years off my face! These are the two women who have made a huge difference in my life, though from the front desk staff to the rest of the people that work in the office as well, in their specialty fields, I suspect that I'd be met with the same kindness, professionalism, and knowledge that they possess. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they don't push skincare products on you. They listen to your concerns, explain the process well and adjust the laser treatments to your needs and comfort level. They also have a laser there that works well with very dark or AA skin - I haven't had any adverse affects on my skin at all after about 8 or 9 treatments now, and I saw big results after my first visit! After doing some extensive research on Google, Yelp, and individually reading through each recommended medspa website, I found Lani's. Then decided to give laser hair removal with Lani's a try. Alisha, my laser technician is a Godsend. She goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. Alisha is very bubbly, attentive, personable, and communicative. Most importantly, she does phenomenal work. During my sessions, I feel well taken care of. She never rushes. She takes her time to penetrate hair follicles and educates the client along the process. I have light, sensitive skin with dark, coarse hair. My first session was in October 2022. Since then I've seen significant results. There has been barely any hair in the treated areas, leaving me more confident each time I complete a session. No issues with post-treatment pain, erythema, blistering, or dyspigmentation. Didn't think it was possible to look forward to laser hair removal sessions until I came across Alisha at Lani's. Added bonus: Alisha is a trained yoga instructor. My father has the exact same wrinkles, and I knew they would get deep quickly. How a woman regards the changes in her body as she ages is a very personal process. Some of us do everything they can to fight it, others age with pride. Personally, I just wanted to be able to continue going out without makeup on and still feel confident in my own naked skin. I do not operate under the impression that I can (or should) do everything in my power to hold onto my youth... But I do want to retain that confidence that comes with feeling fresh faced. So my journey into the world of Medspa's was with the hope that I can do some minor preventative care. So on my first visit I had a consult with Cindi. She asked what and where my concerns were. She then explained what my options were and thoroughly detailed how all of the different products work. I chose a product, she talked me through the entire process, and I went home bee stung but excited. A few days later, the results kicked in and any misgivings or prejudice I once had about injectibles disappeared right along with my forehead lines. I turned 34 this past weekend and, with Cindi's help, those forehead and between the brow wrinkles are yet to make any additional progress as wrinkles. My greatest weapon has largely been Dysport. Every 6-8 months I make an appointment to see Cindi, Dysport up, and confidently go back out into the world. Over the past 4 years I've also partaken in a few lovely Hydrafacials and a Dermaplaning appointment with Jacqueline. Cindi and I have experimented with lip fillers and a botox lip flip. My metabolism is such that the lip fillers don't seem to last very long (a few months at best) but it's a huge confidence boost when I do go for that splurge and am able to rock the full voluptuous pout that I always want. I came into the hospital praying that my OB could be there or at least a female as it's a delicate situation in a tender place. So when he came in the triage room to introduce himself, I was quite surprised! I'll tell ya... I am SO beyond grateful that he was my doctor that night. There was not one moment that I felt rushed, or that he was frustrated with my many attempts to stop pushing because it hurt. In every way, he was calm, gentle, encouraging & extremely respectful. My mother-in-law (a doctor) and sister-in-law (a NP) were talking about how impressed they was with his bedside manner & skill as a doctor. If you want to feel respected & empowered when you deliver your baby - he's a great person to seek out! I wish I was more with it in the moment to say thank you & recognize what all he did to make sure my son came to the world safely, but hopefully this helps in a "thank you!" He asks questions about how you have felt prior to coming into his office for a well women check up and if you have had any complications during the past year. My wife absolutely loves him and he has a gentle bedside manner. He is extremely easy to talk to, and that makes for one heck of a great doctor patient relationship. It has been 10 years and we expect to be coming back as long as Dr. Alperin decides to stay in this practice. If your present gynecologist is hard to talk to, and doesn't give you the answers you want, I urge you to give Dr. Alperin a call and schedule an appointment.

One thing I realized was "safety & quality over cheapest price" My first round Stacy set true EXPECTATIONS with me since I had NO BUTT ANYWHERE. Let's say she exceeded my expectations on the first round!! My butt went from flat to big and natural!! She makes sure she does what she needs to do for the fat that is transferred to live and I retained 85-90% of fat from the 1st round!! She is always on call for you and checks on you daily after procedure. I've never felt more safe with a doctor before being so scared to doing a BBL in general as a single mother. During the consultation I was of course asked for my medical history which I provided I let them know I had fibromyalgia at that time. (it is not the owner or the manager in the room with you during the initial consultation, so they are not fully aware of the information provided) I also opened an account through cherry which is a financial institution The Glow Method is affiliated with in order to pay for the procedure per their options. I scheduled my procedure for about 4 months in advance. I made several on time payments as directed. At my Pre-Op appointment I went in and discussed the procedure with Eliza and she advised me against the procedure due to my Fibromyalgia and how much it would hurt, which I was very grateful that she let me know at the time. (When I mentioned this to the manager later on, she brushed it off and stated she wasn't aware that this was the reason for my cancellation ) So I asked Eliza if I could cancel and get a refund for what I've paid into the procedure and she said it would be no problem. Well.. it was a problem. The Glow Method ended up refunding Cherry only a partial payment and they kept the rest around $1500. After several weeks of going in circles with Amber the manager, I was basically told nothing could be done to refund anything else as the Cherry account was closed and they were keeping the deposit of 20% of the total $7,500 which I was not informed about in any consultation (read the fine print ladies) Amber kept having me track her down to figure out what was going on which was incredibly frustrating. She just kept saying she's working on it... If she knew they were keeping the money, then why have me go in circles trying to contact them to follow up? The "transparency" they claim to have was not coming through. I guess the company must be in dire need in order to keep that much money for absolutely no services provided. At one point Amber even mocked and said, "well what do you want me to do give you a check? we don't have checks here at the office haha." This happened to a friend of mine a few years back where they also kept her $2000 cash and wouldn't refund it and that was not 20% of her total. (I had hoped I wouldn't go through the same thing I guess) So if you plan on getting a procedure of this magnitude keep in mind that you will lose any money you have paid into the procedure if you need to cancel, even if you were advised to do so.... This was an incredibly expensive "consultation" I guess I donated to a poor pathetic cause. Ladies there are so many other places to receive these types of services. Don't risk this amount of money on a company that responds in this manner when something comes up.. especially a medical reason. You just never know what can happen by the time your procedure arrives and you may need to cancel, you don't want to lose that much money.
