I was waiting for photos at the photo lab so I decided to stop in this shop and take a look. This was on a Thursday around 4pm. (1) I wasn't acknowledged by any of the 3 girls working. They were just standing around talking. This is something I cannot stand. It's rude. Your job is to make customers feel welcome and ask if they need help. (2) their clothing is extremely cheap looking. A lot of it was very out of date - nothing even remotely close to current trends. (3) There is WAY too much product in this store. It's insane. It's so cluttered - cluttered with awful product. Part of that could be the awful customer service and lack of greeting by those who work there (and poor management/buying). I walked in today to browse while waiting for take out food and was told to leave! The gal that said she was the manager said I was in a couple months ago and put a candle in my bag. This is so not true!!! I told her she was mistaken. For goodness sake I had a mask on covering 3/4 of my face!!! I was shocked at her accusation. She was so very rude!!! Awe I love the clothes and fun stuff so much but I have to say that 2 of the girls I've had encounters with have been so rude. I literally have to tell them to have a nice day and ask how they are. Not the friendliest staff with exception of one gal that I finally cracked ;). I've been to this store twice and have had excellent experiences both times!! I am a huge fan of Commando bra tape and learned that Nordstrom no longer carried it but Doll Boutique did!! I had a big weekend in Vegas coming up so I swung by Doll right after work. Unfortunately they were all out, however, the manager took my name and said she'd call me when they came in. I figured I'd just need to buy the tape from the manufacturer online- I really didn't think twice about giving her my number.. it's 2017 - good customer service is rare and unexpected nowadays. I ended up just buying a super cute and well priced bracelet for a friend and calling it a night. About a 2 weeks later I got a call stating the tapes were back in stock and she put 2 packages aside for me and I could stop by any time that week! I was so surprised at her thoughtful follow up. When I went in to pick up the tapes, the manager not only recognized me and grabbed the products I wanted that she had stowed away, but she also remembered that I bought a friend a bracelet the last time I was in and she asked how I liked it! The worst merchandising I have ever seen. I would be shocked if this wasn't a front for a drug and/or prostitution ring. This boutique gives the impression of a Heavenly Couture where everything is $16 or less... But then when you walk in the store opens up and they carry high-end brands like Wildfox and Ella Moss alongside standard low-priced boutique items and there is no rhyme or reason to any of it. The racks are way too crowded with clothes like Forever 21, yet they have $400 dresses shoved in next to $39 dresses and it's impossible to tell which is which without looking at the tags. And the whole store is like that, they have bracelets for $250 on a counter with necklaces for $35 and it makes no sense. There were a couple of items I was about to try on (I was searching for a dress to wear to a wedding next weekend), but I reached my breaking point upon seeing a locked display case filled with what I initially thought must be Wildfox eyewear but turned out to be frames marked at $19.99. Can. Not. Deal. Adios forever. read more

Doll is such an adorable little boutique. They carry candles, fragrances, jewelry and of course trendy fashions. My hubs gets his haircut at the Supercuts in the same center so I stop in here while I wait for him. I bought a ton of cute stuff here after Christmas that was marked down to a great price. This store is a teen or a twenty-something's wet dream. I can close my eyes and see my 17 year old self, standing in the middle of the store, jumping for joy and shrieking "I wish this was my closet"! read more

This place used to be called Lola Rouge and I have to say I was a huge fan before and after the name change. Great selection of trendy dresses for work, going out, hanging out, Vegas, etc. Good mix of price points too - some great deals (e.g., dresses in the 30-70 dollar range) as well as some more expensive designers like Ella Moss, which will run you a few hundred. Fun jewelry and friendly and helpful staff who always greet me with a smile and are happy to help me find something new for the weekend. This season, they have some great cozy sweaters and cute short faux-leather jackets perfect for the mild So Cal winter. They get new stuff in all the time too, so be sure to check back often! I usually stop by at least once a week to see the new goodies they have. My closet is always grateful! read more

The manager here with the long hair is completely rude. She never asks if she can help or even acknowledges people when they come in. Not a great place to spend your hard earned money. Hi, The customer service at this place is OK, but today it was bad. I walked in around 6:10 pm and I wasn't greeted, because the young 18-year-old was on the phone chatting about an issue with her girlfriend that involved another girl. She seemed somewhat annoyed. Anyhow, I was there for about 10 minutes and she was on the phone this whole time while going throught the clothes and not acknowledging me whatsoever. Then the customer in the dressing room came out and was ready to pay and the girl was still on the phone and was still on the phone when she approached the desk area to assist the customer. This store needs to hire professional customer service oriented individuals, not some high school student. read more

Really cute boutique with a varitety of assesoires, dresses and clothing in all types of price ranges. They carry flying monkey pants which are affordable and had some cute tops for $20-$40. I was shopping for a dress the only time I visited the boutique and almost all the dresses I liked were over $200 which was out of my price range for what I was looking for so I left empty handed. I bought a dress there today and told the sales gals that I wanted to take it home to show my husband. They told me that they will take it back, but after 14 days I would only get store credit. I brought it home, tried it on and then decided that it wasn't perfect for my event. I took it back within the hour and she told me I only get store credit at this time. What? WARNING, MAKE SURE YOU ARE SHOWERED IN DIAMONDS AND HAVE SOME BRAND NAME LABELS SHOWING WHEN YOU WALK IN...OTHERWISE YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. Second time I've tried Doll since it changed names and the second time I walked out feeling like I was wearing a trash bag and trying to pay with rolls of quarters. I used to LOVE coming here when it was Lola Rouge, the staff was always helpful and friendly. DOLL staff has been bothered by me twice now by my desire to buy things at their store. Silly me. FYI, DOLL STAFF, it is AWESOME when a customer is trying on bras, to help them out in the dressing room. The ladies at the desk were chatting and gossiping, even came to clean the other dressing room while I was in there and did not ask me if I needed anything. Putting my tshirt back on to go back out into the store to get another size totally convinced me that Doll appreciates me shopping there. If that didn't do it, the eye roll from the cashier put me over the top. Too bad they have such cute stuff, if you can put up with the snotty staff, have at it. I stopped by here the other day on a whim after getting my nails done in the same center. Was looking for a dress for upcoming anniversary. I was approached right away by friendly staff asking if I needed help, told them I was just browsing. She offered multiple times to take my items to dressing room as I kept finding great shirts/dresses. You do have to be careful here because a $230 dress will be hung directly next to a $55 one. But such a great selection with variety of price ranges. I would suggest they try carrying a few more $100 or less dresses as the jump to above $200 ones is a little shocking. Anyway, when I got to the dressing room with all my finds, I see there is a little green dress in the room. I had not chosen this, so didn't know if it was left behind but suspected it wasn't. I only liked 2 of the 10+ items I had selected so I figured, why not, and tried on the green dress. I loved it! It looked great, price point was right for what I was looking to spend (under $75), and bought it. When I was at the counter, the gal confessed that she had placed it in there for me, cause she guessed it would look good on me. So glad she did! Love this place and don't get to come in often, but when I do, I always walk out with something perfect. read more

I could keep this a secret but that wouldn't be very nice of me. As other reviewers have noted, this used to be Lola Rouge. I believe one of the original LR sisters is still the owner and she has revamped it! It is a high/low boutique. Some of the stuff is $$$ like Wildfox and Parker and then some of the stuff is off brand and less expensive. The cheaper stuff isn't gross though. Higher quality than Forever 21 and pretty cute. We can always find at least two dresses each visit. There is also a collection of cute jewelry that is also high/low. You should def give it a shot. read more

LOVE Doll. Ever since it changed over from being "Lola Rouge," it seems they lost everything that made Lola Rouge fail; overpriced articles of clothing, snobby sales girls and over the top accessories. DOLL has super cute outfits for ALL price points and the staff is so sweet and knowledgeable about all items they carry. I stopped in with my friend Bruce and saw this coral hi-low coral dress i cannot stop thinking about, which means tomorrow it must be mine, it was only $36. I know i know i should've just got it then, but i'm trying to be a little wiser with my wardrobe pieces, and weed out the OK ones so that I will only have MUST HAVES in my closet from now on. Still thinking about that dress three days later is a sign I NEED IT IN MY LIFE :) anyway, the store is clean, bright and inviting, in a cute center i can take care of all my beauty needs if i wanted. They have a lot of great gift items as well, I think I will look around for whoever's bday is closest when i stop in tomorrow... :) read more
