I told him what I was looking for and then we had a twenty minute conversation about vaping and that has never happened to me before. Most shops will tell you to come back and hang out and that makes me feel not as welcome. The shop has a great policy of not having a store juice and I live that and they also have organic juices. I did come back in today and spoke with the manager. She apologized and explained how that employee was in fact fired only a week after being hired. I do appreciate that Julie reached out in an attempt to make things right and I do plan to return. I do agree with another persons review that some of the employees aren't so called "experts" in vaping but other than that one kid that is now fired the employees I've interacted with do care and try their best to help. I don't like those obnoxious vapes with the huge battery packs (they do have those). I prefer something more slick and low profile, but I didn't want a cheap vape pen because they often break quick. The salesperson was very helpful and showed me the Joyetech vape. Surprisingly the whole setup for the vape and the juice was only $50 which I've paid that much for a pen setup. When I first saw this place I thought it was a vape and coffee shop which was pumped for but for now it's just vape. Hoping that changes I went in a second time to get my coil replaced and was helped by the owners husband. He was very friendly and helped educate me more about my vape.
