I checked in at 7:30 PM and didn't receive my groceries until 10:00 PM. Customers who arrived after me were served before I was. No one answered the pickup phone or the store phone when I called for an update, and when I asked an associate for help after waiting over two hours, I was told to call 1-800-Walmart instead of anyone checking on my order.It was only after another customer, who was parked nearby, noticed that a grocery cart sitting next to his vehicle appeared to be my order and asked if it belonged to me that my order was finally located. An associate confirmed that the groceries were mine, meaning my order had apparently been sitting outside unattended while I continued waiting. To make matters worse, when I got home, I found a Walmart handheld scanning device inside one of my grocery bags. This experience reflects a serious lack of communication, organization, and attention to customers. I hope management addresses these issues because no customer should have to wait 2 1/2 hours for a pickup order that was apparently ready but not properly brought to them.

They have my favorite French cooking ingredients for my classic Boursin mashed potatoes recipe, which my all time favorite butter is exclusively sold in Wegman's. Could not visit the store and not stop by the hot bar to have a few of the garlic, Parmesan wings, and pizza. The sandwich shop makes incredible hero sandwiches. The food is incredibly delicious, the service is great. The atmosphere was quiet, just how I like it. Personally have many more favorites that only Wegman's sell that no other grocery store sells. When visiting PA., always have to stop at Wegman's. Be sure to check them out!
