I was at the checkout when they came up behind me and he was not holding on to one of them. I got very upset and told him to get them away. He yelled at me and told me they didn't bite. I told him I didn't care what he said, they scared me. The cashier did nothing. I just wanted to check out and get out of there. Why would your employees allow someone to come into the store with two pit bulldogs? What if there had been small children in there? Totally unacceptable! Do better Dollar Tree employees.

To my surprise, this Costco was pretty clean. Typically, big stores like this are pretty dirty but this store was not! The service here was great. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the staff. Good service! The parking spots in the parking lot were very wide which was nice. They have clearly taken Costco's dei policy to extreme. The employees I'm referring to are the ones operating the registers and pre scan. There are still a few individuals employed at the Memorial location, mostly working the desk, who are courteous and professional. The individuals I'm referring to clearly have a chips on their shoulders and have been empowered by their employer. As rude and unprofessional as they are, this person, Odalya L. Is by far the most pathetic employee we have dealt with. Probably the last six times we have went to that location, the cash rarely say hello, and they are outwardly frustrated if you don't have your membership card held up while they are still checking-out the person ahead of you... and never a thank you, not once. It you have to go to Costco, to say yourself some frustration, go to the north location. If you must go to the Memorial store, use the self checkout.

It's usually very well stocked, especially if you love to shop the "aisle of shame" for the weekly rotating "stuff" that Aldi sells beyond standard food items. Regularly they have cool seasonal items like decor for holidays, office equipment, household goods, clothing items, etc. , but if you see an item today that you want, don't expect it to be there tomorrow. The same goes for the center freezer drawers. It's a lot of seasonal items. Mexican food during Cinco de Mayo, Asian options during lunar new year, German things during Oktoberfest, but a lot this stuff is just super seasonal. Some things I will stock up on like the mini churros because they are fun to have for parties and only available in April and May for Cinco de Mayo. The store is organized and really easy to navigate. They keep it really clean.

By the time we stood in line and watched people struggle with the self-check out, it was almost melted. There were some staffed check outs but they were a mile away in the wrong direction. Sometimes I will run in here to do some grocery shopping, and then I always get frustrated because the prices are way higher than at other grocery stores. It does stay very clean. They have a pretty good produce and a solid meat selection. Staff is pretty decent. They participate in the double up program for folks on food stamps, so that is definitely nice for those who can use it, but it does not compensate for the higher prices.

They also have a decent selection of greeting cards here for all occasions and paying $1 beats the heck out of dropping $5 at Target or Wal-Mart. Other than that, you may want to be careful on what you purchase. You might think the aluminum foil is a great deal until you get home to realize you just paid $1 for 1 foot of foil. The bottom line is there ARE some great deals to be had here, just be mindful of what sizes, etc...One draw back is that the line is usually really long here with 1 cashier open, so you're going to be paying with your time if nothing else.
