They really do train their employees well. Also, they have a very wide selection of quality products which is amazing. And, we can always depend on this Target for great prices. Ran in to buy some ice cream on the way to a dinner thing in Bixby. This store is massive but we found what we wanted quickly. By the time we stood in line and watched people struggle with the self-check out, it was almost melted. There were some staffed check outs but they were a mile away in the wrong direction. I love a Super Target but get some more checkers (or have a tutorial for people standing in line). :) (And they need more self-check kiosks!!!!) read more

I'm done with Target until they decide to properly staff the checkout area. Several times over the last month I've visited the store and only 1 or 2 checkout lanes were open and one self checkout area. 30-40 people waiting for self checkout and 20+ in the only open checkout lanes. The south Tulsa Target is the worse Target in Tulsa. They neither don't care or they ont know how to schedule people to work. Today they had three lanes open and ten plus people waiting in each line. They had one section of self checkout (4 registers) card only open. The lines in this Target are always long know mater the day or time. Target is much cleaner the Walmart but it takes so long to checkout. read more

There was one cashier on a Sunday and one section of self checkout was available leaving the lines very long and not moving with no calls for associates to help. I put down my things and left. read more

Target has a worst customer service. When a customer has a problem they do not allow or trust their employees to help them on the spot. You have to call 1-800 number which is ridiculous when you're sitting there at guest services. read more

It was nice to come and visit my parents at their new house in Tulsa. This Super Target is a convenient walk away from that new house as this is a highly desirable section of real estate. The walk makes this place all the more pleasant to me with the prompt, and friendly staff. They deserve raises. read more

I only give it a one because they don't have a negative. Today 042422, I was in the Target at 10900 S Memorial Dr in Tulsa, at 1145. Both self checkouts had all the stations filled but lines of 10 plus people waiting. They had one checkout stand open with an additional 6 or 7 people in line. About 10 minutes in line and no movement a manager walked by and said the needed additional guest services. Two additional lines opened up. I have had. More problems at this Target then any other store. Almost all of the problems have been checking out. read more

I call this one "Tiny Target', but it's not super tiny. It's still considered a Super Target, but the grocery and produce section is much, much smaller. It doesn't have a bakery or large meat case. This location is good for quick purchases if you don't need a specific brand of a grocery item and aren't looking for a lot of produce, but still want your 5% redcard discount. If you need something specific, please visit the Reasor's up the street or monster sized Walmart a mile away. I do like that this location is set up differently inside - clothes near the entrance, toys and electronics together in the back, pharmacy up front, and housewares and grocery at the far end. Going on a Sunday morning when they open is pretty amazing if you like peace and quiet while you shop. And this location is really good for after Christmas clearance, there's always a lot left but if you see something you want you should probably grab it at 50% off. I like that this location only has one entry, and there are plenty of carts. I was so sad when I moved out to BA, away from giant Super Target, but this location has become my new favorite. So thankful my area has a Target! read more

I don't go to target all that much but I do love the store. I would rather shop for Grocery's at Walmart but target is not far down my list. I do think target has a much better movie and video game selection for sure and has a nice pop vinyl collection if your in to that. I always like to go to target during the holidays because they have a nice holiday collection as well. The staff here is nice and the store is clean. One thing I like better then Walmart and Costco is the buggy or basket whatever you want to call it for it's a lot easier then the others. All in all target is not my first string place to go shopping but it sure is a nice place to go to especially this location. read more

This Target is one of the best of it's kind in T-town. The 'Super' encompasses a massive grocery section and equally as large homegoods/ apparel/ electronics/ toys area. My favs: the baby/ toys section is well layed out and organized making life a little bit more easier for new moms like myself. Not my favs as much: The deli needs extra staff during busy shopping times and sometimes the produce doesn't last very long at all. In all, I come about once every couple months to stock up on household items and groceries. My cart over flow-eth then and I like it. read more

I'm guessing this is a rather new Target. It sits on a giant piece of land with plenty of space around it... The parking lot is nice and smooth... The signage is pretty new... The shopping carts are all clean. At least that's what I took away from it.. Here it is, a Super Target right down the street from a WalMart SuperCenter. I understand they're common out here but where I'm from, there's no such thing. Seriously, it took me 235 paces to get from one end of the other. For the majority of people in California, that is flat out unheard of. We have Target Greatlands. Like any other hypermarket, they have everything you need. Within reason, of course. 4 stars. All I wanted was a bottle of soda and a snack. Got it. read more

I have been going here since April 2013. The selection of baby stuff is always plentiful, and I have found some of the cutest outfits out there! The groceries have always been good, a little overpriced on some items but now I know what to get here and what not. The funny thing is Target is the only place I have been able to find eggplant that has been grown in the USA. Staff is helpful when needed. Returning items has never been a problem. The bathrooms are always clean. The people at the Starbucks counter are always so friendly and kind. The pharmacy has been hit or miss that is the only reason why they are lacking one star. All in all this is one of our top stops on all our shopping trips. Great selection, always clean, and most of all easy to maneuver within the store. read more

Do not go to Target South! Today at 2pm there were no cashiers in the whole store, and the line to check out, at self checkout, was 10 people long, it was a mess. I would have left but I had to buy a certain baby gift that only Target sales. One lady had a young child and the child was fussing a lot, the lady left her cart full of groceries because the line was so long. The woman supposedly working cleaning the 4 check out machines "never saw her wipe any machines while in line", she was laughing with another worker saying, " usually the children are screaming". I needed a new cable that would fit both my charger and my new smart phone. Target had one cable on their website for $6.89. I went to the store to purchase it, but the cable at the store was marked $9.99. I thought that it might be a different cable than what I had seen on the website, and I purchased it with my credit card. When I got home, I saw that the cable that I had just purchased for $9.99 was the same cable that was on Target's website for $6.89. I sent both my receipt and a copy of the web page to Target, and there was no dispute that I had been overcharged. In order to get a refund of Target's overcharge to my credit card, Target required that I drive back to the store and visit Customer Service in person. The only other option was for them to email me a gift card, which I did not want. I asked if they could mail me a check, but they refused. With no other acceptable option, I agreed to the gift card. When I wrote back that they failed to include the tax that I had paid on the overcharge amount, they did not respond. It is not reasonable to require a customer to spend their time and gas to drive back to the store and wait in the Customer Service line in order to get a refund of a $3.10 overcharge plus tax that was Target's mistake. read more

As much as I love Target for everything, I don't recommend them to use for produce. Several times I've bought fruit and it was already molding. Everything else is great! Never have a problem finding the things I need! read more

I was looking for something that Target had online and the website showed they had it at the store. I fault them for not having the inventory, but the guy really helped me and was genuinely apologetic they didn't have it. Those are the individuals that make the difference. read more

I do all of my grocery shopping at target. While they may not be as cheap as walmart, they offer great sales, you can use the cartwheel app to get discounts, and get 5% off if you have a Target red card. Even on busy days, they usually have enough registers open that the lines move quickly. We use their store brands, Up & Up, Markey Pantry, and Archer Farms a lot and the quality is great. read more

We had only one experience here and target was not that busy. We walked up to the register and the cashier rolled her eyes. Then we noticed as we asked how her day was that she was apparently not having a great day. She kind of mumbled something and rolled her eyes again. Not giving her name because everyone has their bad days but it did not help our experience at target. read more

This was a nice, clean Target. It was really quiet in there. Selection was good, too. Wish it was a little closer to home.

This store is dysfunctional at best. I walk in morning, noon, or night on any given day and the lines are always very long with 5 or 6 deep in each lane. They never have adequate checkout staffing, ever. The lights in the grocery coolers are not working which makes it hard to see the products in the coolers. The shoe department is a nightmare with no organization and shoes thrown everywhere. The sign on the street was burnt out for months before they replaced it last week. Carts are always pilled up everywhere in the parking lot. The cafe and deli department regularly close early without explanation. I blame the stores management team. They are taking the what was once a great, well run operation and destroying it. read more

What has happened to this Target? I went to buy a birthday cake but there was not one person they said that could write, "Happy Birthday" on the cake. The merchandise was disheveled, floors were so dirty, produce was lacking. I've been shopping here for years, but it seems to be continually going down hill. read more

I love this store! I do most of my shopping here during my lunch hour. The prices are good, especially when you have the Red Card to get additional discounts. I can mostly always find everything I need. I can always get in and out of the store quickly, also. read more

I really used to love shopping at this Target. I loved my Saturday morning shopping trips, and looked forward to them. That stopped when Target corporation decided in late Spring of 2014 to stop overnight stocking. Now, stockers come in a few hours before the store opens, and continue working while customers are trying to shop. Unfortunately, the stockers treat the store as if it is closed, and continue to operate as they did when they were an overnight crew. I have complained more than once, locally and directly to corporate, about this and no one with Target seems to care about the customer experience or public safety. Aisles are impassable in some cases. Product is staged throughout the store, with boxes sitting on the floor creating trip hazards. Product is left unattended on carts, piled so high that a shopper, or (God forbid) a child bumping into the cart could be seriously hurt by heavy boxes falling onto them. I have complained about employees taking up all of the parking spots closest to the doors. I was told that they get to park close when they come in before dawn, and are supposed to move their cars before the store opens. Yet, they do not do so, and no one makes any attempt, apparently, to ensure that they DO move their cars. I watched a 20-something employee drive up five minutes before the store opened, and park in a space closest to the door. I then watched a woman in her 60s, who had obviously suffered a stroke at one time, limp past that young girl's car to get to the store. Early this Fall, I was shopping at this store and wanted some "ready to microwave" soup bowls for work. When I picked up a plastic container of tomato soup, the container was sticky and covered with drips of soup. Soup had dripped onto the shelf, forming rings of red. Soup had dripped down the front of the shelf. Soup had settled between two containers and had been there so long mold had grown there. I alerted a stocker so that he could clean it up. A few weeks later, shopping the soup aisle, I noticed that the rings of dried soup were still on the shelf, and the drips were still on the front of the shelf. Stockers were adding new product onto the food-stained shelf. I alerted someone at customer service, who told me she would let the lead for that department know. A few weeks later, again shopping the soup aisle, I saw that the shelf had still not been cleaned. New containers of soup were still being put onto rings of dried tomato soup. Obviously, the stockers did not care. Obviously, the department manager was not showing care as to the condition of the department. By the time two months and several complaints passed, I finally on a shopping trip picked up a container of Clorox wipes and cleaned the shelf myself. It's sad to see this store go down so much. The bathrooms are not kept clean, the floors are marked with black marks. One morning I entered the store right at opening, went straight to the restroom, and it the floor in covered with dirt. A used Starbucks cup sat on the water fountain outside of the bathroom. And I was the first customer in the door, so that was mess left from the previous day. read more

After several months of being frustrated, I'm finally airing my complaints. I love Target, don't get me wrong, but the quality of this one has gone downhill. Never enough lanes open during peak crowd days/times, constantly out of things, produce is lacking and not well maintained, aisles dirty, to name a few issues. I'm wondering if the management has changed? Can they not hire enough staff? It seems like the ones there are stretched very thin at times. C'mon Target. Get it back together. You're actually making that other large store down the street look better and better, heaven forbid. read more

They discriminated against me because I have depression and am over weight. I applied for a labor position and had the perfect experience and knowledge of the position but I believe i was passed over because of my weight. I asked to talk to the guy that interviewed me but he didnt find it important enough to call me back. I know im right because when i was thinner I had no problem getting hired with my experience but since Ive gained weight Ive been turned down several times even though in the interview they acted like i was perfect.
