I didn't interact much with the staff here but when we checked out our rug the first time we were greeted promptly and they were friendly. They lay out glasswear on tables for easy looking also and usually have a pretty good selection of miscellaneous glasses/vases/etc. There is a second half of the store that is not bins, but still bargains for food items, housewares, furniture, supplements, and more. This side is not always a discount at all compared to other places, but you can still often find items that are a good deal - just be wary of expiration dates on foods. Last time I went the restrooms were out of order, but usually this is not the case. Overall I love coming here for the hunt--it's not the cleanest but also not dirty compared to others I've been in. Always crowded when I go, and I always find something(s) from each side to take home with me!

We ended up using a Japanese charred cedar approach for our shower, shou sugi ban. It looks incredible. 2 years after it was installed, we had an issue with the door. They came out and investigated, later on came back and took the door away to get it fixed. It was back within two weeks and works better than ever.
