Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.

I would say this happens maybe 30% of the time I'm there. I think DG should have at least two people working there at all times. If they do it's sad that the other one doesn't come up front and help. Then when I told them I just talked to someone at the store and not the call center like the guy accused me of he said that they'd try to fill it and it would be five minutes. Ten minutes later I finally get my medicine. Also apparently if you work for Walgreens you get to go infront of customers because Jenelle just walked right in up to talk to the pharmacist. I'm never returning. I can't believe it.
