When I arrived I informed the older lady who was Caucasian that I have items in my car to exchange.. When I select the new items I put it in the buggy behind her (the cashier ) and informed her I was going to my car to get the exchange items and all my receipts... but neither one of the receipts I had was the one I needed.. so I couldn't exchange the items.. I do understand that policy oh well, I proceeded to take the items back to my car and was informed by a Caucasian gentleman that he couldn't look at the tape and that I couldn't take my items back to my car, because I stole those items which were in a 4 dollar tree bag( Eight plates chargers and five big candlesticks holders) that I took out of my car... so sad The supervisor (The African-American woman) came and another stock person Who told me he couldn't look at the cameras because he was putting up stock ... I told them to review the tapes and stop making accusations that I stole something. The supervisor said she was going to call the police... I said please please call the police and after that they owe me an apology the gentleman said that he's didn't Oh me anything and I had to pick up my merchandise the next day after they have time to review the video tape... after another customer told all three of the workers at dollar tree that they do have to apology if after reviewing the tapes and see that,,, 1. I walked in with nothing in my hand, 2. walked out with nothing in my hand to get the items to exchange. I was humiliated...At the end of the day the gentleman decided to give me my merchandise after all the humiliation and the other customers told them how wrong they were .. they finally gave me back the items I purchased the day before at another dollar tree .. this situation could've escalated if the police officer had came and was trigger-happy just because the Caucasian woman( The cashier) said that I sold merchandise and they didn't want to look at the cameras for proof that I didnt steal anything all because she said I did... no proof no proof whatsoever.. I'm still very upset by that experience..

The store has a small town feel and everyone is friendly. The store is a nice size and easy to navigate. This is especially important since I'm having hip and back problems. I love sockeye salmon and they always have it in stock. I usually purchase 4 at a time. The cashiers are always friendly and welcoming and the service is spot on. In addition to the salmon, I love their cranberry walnut muffins. They are made fresh daily. Like most grocery stores, Walt's has pretty much everything you'd expect from a grocery store. I'll take pics next time I'm there.

UPDATE: i went to the shop again to talk to sherry which was the mean employee and there was a new…read morelady there! she was the sweetest lady i have met her name was kathy i told her about it and she was so sweet and understanding and said she will talk to sherry because that was not okay wish every employee was this sweet! if you come here i recommend going on these days this is when kathy works wednesday thursday 4-7 saturday all day sunday 12-4 (old review) if i could rate this place zero stars i would‼‼ the lady who runs the store is so insanely rude, this was barely our second time in this shop we couldn't afford anything the first time unfortunately but this time i was in the shop with my boyfriend because i love antique and vintage items we were window shopping for the meantime to give him ideas of what to get me not kissing not hugging or anything we were in there for 30 minutes and keep in mind i was being very polite to her and smiling and i asked her what time they close and she said 7 and 20 minutes later she very confrontationally asked "i have to ask do you plan on staying till 7" which obviously not? and we went to the next section already uncomfortable seeing as she stares at us the entire time with a smug look on her face and 10 minutes later she went to us and while raising her voice said "okay you two out! youve done this to me before this isnt your place to be kissing and hugging get out now!" and i explained to her "we weren't doing anything" and she said "out now" and we left and im a sensitive person and that made me cry im a very polite person she had no reason to act that way towards us just because we are a young couple doesnt mean we are going to be kissing 24/7 i don't even allow public displays of affection she was very rude and fyi she never has customers its been over a month since i went before today and there was the exact same items as last time she only ever gets customers because of her slot machines. zero stars!!!

They would rather just place blame on the doctor's office for not renewing the prescription, but in fact they never contacted anyone regarding the renewal. Some prescriptions they fill up to a month before they should be, yet others they won't fill until a few days after you have run out. We have multiple prescriptions & I find myself having to stop every week or twice a week because they refuse to put any effort into syncing them. Other pharmacies have gladly worked with us on this, but Osco pharmacy is unwilling to put in the effort.

Clipped about $60 in coupons one Saturday and when got there to pick up the site was down and none of my order was done and they could not pull up to do my order. Ended up going somewhere else. Tonight Saturday went to the same Dollar General to get an online order that I had $30 in coupons on and their scanner was not working so yada yada yada. Store associate called manager and we decided to pick all my items ourselves and ring up at register. After doing that none of my original coupons came up because I had used them on online order. So decided to wait for online order to cancel, to do order in store. Order was canceled and I went to check my coupons back out and only one coupon came back..... Needless to say this store is not good for coupon orders. Go to store and shop yourself!!!
