Clean, well organized store with a great "aisle of shame", ie, aisle of stuff you don't know you need until you see it! Well stocked with staples like flour, sugar, etc, and fun season items for the holidays.

I purchased all my fruit from Aldi's last week and NOTHING has gotten moldy- which typically happens when I buy fruit from stop and shop- within a day or two! So A+ for fruit and produce! They have a really good dairy section and a lot of good frozen items. My only issue would be that they don't have everything! I usually shop for specific snacks for my eight-year-old son and they often don't carry a lot of the snacks that he enjoys! However, with that being said, their prices are amazing! I bought 6-8 items the other day and it was literally under $30!!! If I had purchased that from stop and shop it would have been- no lie- $50-$75! And with the price of groceries just going up and up- I can't afford to spend that much & then in 2 days half of the fruit needs to be thrown out bc of mold! At Aldi's everything I have purchased has been very high quality- especially a lot of the cheeses they carry! Overall they have a GOOD selection of items - but a lot of my usuals they don't carry! Which includes certain cereals like Frosted Flakes, Honey Nut Cheerios and cinnamon toast crunch. If you don't mind non-name brand- they have a ton of substitutions or equivalents- so that's a plus. Another very minor issue- I have when I shop here- is you need a quarter to use a carriage and I always forget change and they don't do bags- so bring your own! Another occasional issue is the lines. It seems like they don't have enough cashiers or maybe I only shop during their "peak" busy times but I have walked in- gotten a few items and have had to leave because the line was just long and taking forever. So if you plan on shopping here- I would try to come when it's not too busy! Overall the service is always consistently good and cashiers are friendly. The store itself is ALWAYS near and tidy- unlike other similar retailers which are just a mess! Side note: They have machines so you can recycle bottles/cans/etc. which is also very convenient! !

Usually have a good experience here but I tried to use the affirm app to make a larger purchase…read more None of the employees knew how to cash it out. I had to split the transaction and pay with two different debit cards after customer service trying to cash me out and applying two more loans on my affirm account. $90 was taken out of my regular bank when one of the 3 approved loans went through. However Walmart doesn't do in store Walmart Affirm purchases anymore which I didn't know and neither did the three other employees that tried to help me knew. So now I have 3 pending loans, $90 out of my bank on top of $350 out of another account and $99 out of another account. I have disputed with my bank, affirm, and Walmart. No one has resolved my issue. I'm pretty sure it's not legal for an employee to apply for loans on your phone. And higher up management should be communicating with staff that in store affirm is no longer a thing since Jan apparently. Very upset with the experience, very disappointed that I had pay out of pocket for three loans I was approved for which ended up being well over $1000 in loans. Would love it if someone from Walmart resolves this issue. beaudoinalissa@yahoo.com

Ok, this is Walmart, so why right a review? This is a place…read morethat's trying to be everything and succeeding at some, and totally failing at other parts. As a department store, it would get 4 stars. Good selections, prices are good, shelves are stocked, and selection is above average The pharmacy would get 5 stars. Very friendly and helpful. Prices a really great. We have to get medication for our dogs, and compared to the other pharmacies in town, we are getting the meds at almost 40% lower here, than at the chain pharmacies. Supermarket section: this would get 0 stars if I could. The produce section is a joke. I've seen better looking veggies at a food bank. Rusty looking lettuces and bagged salads, squash with pucks, dents, and soft spots. Tomatoes that are really soft. Many times shelves are not filled, to the point that you could reduce space by 30%. We did try the meat once, and that is the last time we will buy it. We don't buy milk there anymore because it seems to go bad 2 to 4 days before the expiration date. I'd like to take the temperature of the dairy case because it doesn't feel like it is set to the proper temperature, thus causing it to spoil early. Overall the prices are the same, if not more for certain items, than the other 2 supermarkets in town. As a department store, the place is good, great as a pharmacy, but a total disaster as a supermarket.

This Walmart is my go-to store, and I shop here several times a week. I am a regular, paying…read morecustomer, and I have never been given a reason to believe that my behavior should be considered suspicious. However, during my last three or four visits, I have felt as though I was being followed or closely monitored by asset protection or individuals I now understand may have been secret shoppers. I was not aware that the person involved in the most recent incident was an employee, and the situation became so uncomfortable and unsettling that I genuinely believed something more serious or sinister might be happening. I was shopping alone with my baby, and because I did not know the person was an employee, I felt unsafe and began thinking about whether I would need to ask someone to walk me to my car or contact someone outside the store for help. Being constantly stared at and followed made me feel as though my baby and I were potentially in an unsafe situation, and I felt like we needed to get out of the store as quickly as possible. It was only afterward, after discussing the incident with my husband and putting the pieces together, that I realized the person was likely a secret shopper or part of asset protection. I understand that Walmart may have legitimate reasons and good intentions behind having asset protection and secret shoppers, and I fully understand the importance of preventing theft. However, there is a significant difference between discreetly monitoring a customer and making a regular, innocent customer feel followed, watched, or targeted. I have personally seen genuinely suspicious behavior while shopping, which makes it especially frustrating and confusing to feel that I am the person being treated suspiciously when I am simply there to shop and make purchases. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has made me uncomfortable returning to a store that I have considered my go-to Walmart. Customers should be able to shop without feeling intimidated or unsafe, especially when they have done nothing to warrant that kind of attention. I hope Walmart will take this concern seriously and consider how asset protection practices are being carried out, particularly when dealing with regular customers who have given no indication of suspicious behavior. I should not have to worry about being followed or feeling unsafe simply because I am shopping with my baby, and I do not want another customer to experience the same level of fear and discomfort that I experienced.
