Made with their local bacon and tomatoes. Loved the atmosphere, the cafe had a cozy vibe. We were seated next to the gas fireplace. We had enough privacy to talk, noise level was normal. Order your food at the counter, collect your condiments, napkins, and Salt pepper shakers at long counter. Then sit down and enjoy yourself, until they bring it out. Service was very quick. After we cleaned up our plates and table. They have a place for you to put your dirty dishes and cups, along with trash, and recycling. Then we went into the bulk grocery part to look around. We both ended up buying sweet treats for later. I bought a cherry fry pie. It was super fresh and tasty. I enjoyed it with my evening herbal tea. I also bought some rice and a few other staples. I will definitely be back for a 2nd trip. They have a lot going on. The place was super clean. Items easy to find. It's not all bulk, they have their items from small to bulk, so if you are in a 1 or 2 person household, do not let the bulk in their name scare you off. It's worth a trip, for some organic homemade items.

I told the employee who was monitoring the area and she got Roxanne, the floor manager of the day. Roxanne said that this was my problem and I'd have to call Walmart Tech Support. What the hell? My problem. Then she told me that I had not paid for the $35 bag of dog food and to pay again, which I did. I got to my truck and called my credit card company. They confirmed that I had paid twice. I went back in the store with the credit card agent on the phone. I found Roxanne and told her she could speak with them to confirm that I had paid twice. She declined and took off running across the store, back to the service desk. I followed her and told her that I would dispute the charges. She then said that she'd give my $35 back via a refund. When I called to speak with the manager to report what had happened Roxanne got on the line and pretended to be her own manager. What?! I hung up on her and called again. This time I got someone above Roxanne who said that she would be pulled into an office for a retraining meeting today. The manager was apologetic and seemed aghast by what i relayed to him. I have shopped at this store in Watkins Glen for 15 years and have never had a problem. This was bad. This Roxanne person needs to be retrained or fired. All of this was unnecessary. That's what I get for telling an employee that their machine wasn't working and was sending electronic receipts to the worng customer. Leaves a bad taste in one's mouth!!

The contents of the stores are the same as you'd find anywhere, but the atmosphere is unappealing and a little despondent. Out of all the Premium Outlets I've visited this one has probably been the most meh. The various store employees were mixed. There were some that were helpful, and other that sort of helped begrudgingly like they were doing you a favor. The upsides are that there is a lot of parking available, you're probably not going to have to deal with lines, and the stores all seemed well-stocked. The Shake Shack is not in the outlet mall, it's on the other side of the highway.

I left with a few 1950s cocktail hats, a vintage fur cape in pristine condition, 2 large fancy Cinderella Pyrex dishes, a baggie of glass Victorian buttons, and 2 bags of 1950s buttons for $80. I can't wait to go back when I have 3 spare hours to give the place another detailed shop. I highly recommend coming here.
