I normally frequent the Elkhart CR 6 Dollar Tree, and while that store is significantly smaller, it's always stocked up on pretty much everything. It was the exact opposite at this store.. lots of space, but not enough products put out. There was 1'+ spacing between items on shelves, many of which were empty. I essentially walked in and walked out. Today I was at my MIL's house, whom lives about 2 miles from here. I thought I would save myself a trip all the way to Elkhart by just stopping at this location. To be sure they had what I was looking for in stock (refillable travel sized bottles), I called ahead. Nobody cared enough to answer. I decided to head the couple of miles to Elkhart instead, at least there I know they'd have what I'm looking for. Lost a customer simply because they couldn't answer the phone.

Staff is extremely friendly. I'm impressed by the focus on making the store very pleasing to the…read moreeye. It's extremely neat and organized, which makes it easier to find what I need (and don't need but want). I also like their product selection. I found myself browsing the aisles. I lucked up on some Meyer's cleaning supplies, which weren't on my list.

Really impressed with how this DG has turned it around in recent months! More employees working…read moremeans more items are being stocked & put away where they belong. Aisles have opened up & the store looks great! I even saw two employees outside on my last visit cleaning up cigarette butts & trash, really trying to make the place looks better. A total 180° difference. I hope this momentum keeps up!
