Yet, when I arrived at the store less than 15 minutes later, I found not just one, but three separate sections displaying scarecrows--including one positioned directly next to the cash registers. This level of misinformation is unacceptable. Providing inaccurate information to customers over the phone wastes valuable time and erodes trust in your staff and your store. I expect immediate attention to this issue and improved accuracy moving forward.

I was supposed to get a refund, but instead the employee accidentally charged me again. I didn't realize till getting home. Unfortunately it was during the little snow store we recently had to due to the weather and other things, it took about a week to get my money refunded. I called and one associate told me to come and I let her know I was in the way driving in the jacked up weather. I get there shortly after and am told sorry there's nothing I could do becausethe manager wasn't in today and eventually turned her back to me and just started talking to another employee. She was apart of the mistake, because she was supposed to be helping a new employee and had an attitude and acted as though she didn't want to. The manager finally figured out the issue and gave me my refunds after me having to go backk and forth and explain the mixed up. They were all excused. Dollar tree is our go to place for certain items, because how can you beat a store in which everything cost exactly $1? Gf was running a workshop at a nearby park and needed napkins. Dollar tree is definitely just bought for this. Dollar tree typically has an older feeling to it, this location was particularly aged and the shelves were bare in several places. Check out was quick and the staff were friendly. As we came in an older man, another customer whose was leaving, held the door open for us for a long time with a big smile. Overall a positive experience and we found what we came for. I would give four stars if the store didn't feel so dilapidated.

I talked with the lady checking me out, Wayla (hope I spelled it right), and she's only been there for 30 days and was able to make the store organized, neat, and an overall very pleasant shopping experience.
