Went around 1/12/23. This is in a food truck circle. Many of those trucks are open only on weekends, but this one is open more! The woman at the window, Cruz, was very helpful and friendly. She let me try a "shrimp cheese blanket." It's 4 for $4.50. All their appetizers look tasty, so the sampler is also an option. I got the Vegetables Hibachi, which was packed. Generous portions. And tasty, and affordable. I wanted the spicy sauce with that, and it was good. I'm not local, but if I go again I may try the Red Snapper HIbachi. Or a noodle dish. This food truck spot is becoming well known for our area. It's definitely appreciated to get something different from pizza and chick which is way too plentiful in the area. I ordered steak and chicken. The steak was cooked medium, and was tender and moist. It was delicious. The chicken was tender and all was plentiful to have leftovers. Just left from here in Forney. The portion size at this place is unacceptable for the price. The chicken, steak, nor the veggies were cooked in teriyaki sauce and came extremely dry. Gave this place a 2nd try since it has decent reviews. I can handle bland (which it definitely is)- but the meat tasted old & had a weird taste, worried it was bad meat, so I only ate one cube. The shrimp was pretty good. My dish came with "seasoned rice" so I added "fried rice" which turned out to be more "seasoned rice." Everyone raves about the yum yum sauce which was seasoned mayonnaise, wouldn't call it a sauce. Veggies tasted fresh though. 1st time I ordered the rice tasted old, like it wasn't cooked same day & then reheated with slightly crunch texture. This truck is currently set up about a half mile from me at 3195 FM 982 south of Princeton, TX in Culleoka at the Food Truck Park. It's a winner! My daughter and I stopped on the recommendation of a friend, it's soo good!! We got 2 plates, one with chicken and vegetables and rice, the other with salmon and vegetables and rice. Our proteins were really good, the fried rice was also really good, but the vegetables? To DIE for!! They were fantastic. What a great meal! The yum yum sauce was delicious, but really not necessary, it's good enough all on its on.
