I went in, the isles were well laid out, I got exactly what I needed and headed to the checkout. I was making great time with a great experience...and then I had to wait in this very long line to checkout...ho-hum. OH SNAP! That ho-hum moment didn't last long...maybe a minute passed and another checkout lane opened up and I was outta there! Awesome...thank you! In general, I was happy with how well-stocked everything was compared to other stores. The staff was friendly and apologetic for the wait. There is a huge parking lot shared by the rest of the shopping center. Note: The only drawback about Dollar Tree is that the only gift cards that are sold here are for Dollar Tree. When you are gift buying and want to add a gift card (that is not Dollar Tree), keep this in mind.

Getting in and out of the parking lot can be dangerous- and be careful while driving in the lot- people don't look and go the wrong way in front of McD's (it's a divided entrance with a median). The store itself is fine, It's almost always busy and they have a hard time keeping up with recovery- BUT they do get product out on the shelves. So- there is product, but it's not well kept. I usually can find what I need here. Some other locations seem to run out of things more often. Cashiers are good- I actually ran in for cards and a "get well" balloon and was so out of it (stressed over my husband in the hospital) that I almost left without my change- and I paid for $2 worth of cards and balloons with a $20- the cashier caught me, and I so appreciate the honesty. I know there are probably cameras on them too- but I know all to well some would just pocket it. This is a 3 star store that won an extra star just with the kindness of the cashier. I needed that little bit of kindness that day.

They don't carry some things, but hey...they are just opening. Likewise, they have a huge selection on some things that you don't see at other Publix. They have all the basics and necessities. I was asked several times if I needed help finding something and they made a note of "it" to try to order it and/or have it in stock if they could...this is a nice gesture. Opening a new store in any area is a crap shoot even for a big chain...they can have a lot, but still not know until the store opens as to what will sell "there". Be patient please! Even if it's not cost effective to carry certain things at this location...it's ok. Why? Because there is a grocery there now...this is huge!!! Thank you Publix!!! Other than the above...it's a Publix...you know the deal! It's the best Florida has to offer. It'll never be a Kroger or a Lowe's Signature, but hey...we finally have a grocery store so it's something! It is located in the new area of "The Shopped at Palencia Commons". There is plenty of parking in this new shopping center. You WILL NOT be able to check in to this store until Yelp moves the pin to the location. For some odd reason it comes up 20 miles south of where it actually is. I have notified Yelp 3 times, but it's still not moved. If you need gluten free products for 25 and don't want to spend $20 on a bag of flour this is a good place to start. They buy overstocks and items you simply can 't find anywhere else.
