The place is laid out well and I also get her other supplies here when I'm here because I can jump on 85 and be down to Hamilton Mill in no time where she's located. Today they tell me they don't have the 3rd refill on file and look at me with blank stares as if they didn't royally mess up. They did not appear troubled in the least. This is not only extremely frustrating for me since I now have to go back to the pediatrician a month early and my son will most likely run out of his medication before we can be seen, but it is a dangerous and suspicious business to be losing prescriptions for controlled substances.

However, posted right behind the associate i was speaking with was a sign that stated, "At WalMart our goal is to satisfy the customer. you can do a return with or without a reciept for 90 days ! No where on said sign did it have posted that electronics were only 30days ! not even in small print ! so the associate informed me that there was "nothing that they could/would do for me ! " What kind of customer service is that ?? needless to say I did NOT leave a happy/satisfied customer and we are out a printer and the money to purchase. The reason I say almost is the only reason I had to take off a star. Our last experience at the deli, yesterday, was delicious BUT super slow. We've both worked food service before and understand what happens when there's so many orders and so little staff. But a lot of the reason it took 35-40 minutes total for us to receive 1 sub and 1 wrap was because the gentleman making our food had to leave the station at the request of every single ingredient to restock because the stations were next to empty (onions, lettuce, cheese, etc.) and had little to no urgency when doing so. Maybe a rough day, I get it. We're all human here. What I don't really get is the lack of support for him. As the line was growing, another gentleman put multiple mobile orders in front of him and proceeded to neither at least try to help nor reach out to anyone else who wasn't busy for help. As a consumer, of course my perspective is never as accurate, but it seemed to me like there were multiple people who could have jumped in. Now we'll definitely be back. We love y'all! but please support your people, especially your deli folks. Just thought I'd put this out there before someone with less space for patience and understanding comes along.
