I did, but have never, ever gotten a penny off. This program is not working. There is always an excuse. Today, at check out the lady said I should use it now since it is close to the end of the month. There were signs on every pump saying you could only get Premium. I asked the 'person' behind the glass if they could do something about my points. The person, very rudely stated "Not my Problem". I said, ok, but where was the nearest other Kroger? Again.."Not my Problem". The last time I tried to use the points, it took my card but gave no discount. I asked why and they said, to go into the store and ask them. I did and they said that could only be handled out at the pumps. I can use it if I am in another town, like Algonac but not in Imlay City, the area that I live in. Very frustrating.

The produce and bakery section is the highlight of the updates. We like that this Kroger has a gas station where we can use our rewards points for money off per gallon. One month I was able to use the points for 60 cents off per gallon, score! This Kroger is the only grocery store in our area and they are thriving because it is a wonderful store.
