As of this writing 5/10/26 they're condensing the store to make room for Bed Bath and Beyond merchandise, so there's some great clearance prices. We're looking forward to returning for more organization ideas and to see the look of the store once the transformation is complete. They replaced the guts or mechanism inside wrist watch they said watch would work like new like as when I purchased the watch. It seems to work fine for 3 years but then I thought it stopped. So I went back to Sparkles Jewelry to see what they could do for me scene I had them repair the wrist watch earlier. They told me that wrist watch is out of warranty. They would have to have there repair department take look at it again to see what the issue is, they said that they have to replace the mechanism again. It would cost another $170.00. I refused and I took my watch to Taj Jewelers and told them what is going on. They sent it to their repair department they called me to say that the wrist watch was ready to pick up, when I went to pick up my watch they told me that there was nothing wrong or broken, I was not winding the watch enough, (it is a self wind) so I guess I'm not moving enough scenes I retired for it to keep the correct time. So the Jeweler recommended me to, when I'm going to wear the wrist watch to shake the watch back and forth for a few minutes to force wind to help wrist watch keep the correct time. They didn't charge me anything. I'm glad I went to a different Jeweler to take a second look at my wrist watch because Sparkle Jeweler wanted another $ 170.00 and Taj Jeweler charged nothing (0) and told me what I'm doing wrong and how to remedy that problem. Thank you Taj Jeweler. (Sparkle Jeweler should find a better solution to keep there customer happy with their service.) Unsatisfied customer !!! Our move from St. Louis to Ypsilanti, MI in August 2025 was a mixed bag. Hard to say if I would…read morerecommend them. We did 90% of the packing ourselves. The positives include: 1. A thorough review of the contents to be moved versus the cursory review by competitors. 2.A competitive price. 3.Our things were moved in dedicated trucks and not mixed in with other people's stuff. 4. Honestly about damages: a table literally fell apart during packing and the crew pointed it out to me rather than concealing it. 5. No high pressure sales tactics. 6. The guys were patient with my wife repositioning furniture at the destination. 7. Nothing was broken although we had quite a few minor dings in furniture. 8. Crews showed up on time at both ends of the trip. Negatives include: 1.No formal acknowledgement of payment. They were almost offensively anxious to get the final payment even though the third and final truck had not arrived. 2. Loss of focus at the end of the day: We did a walkthrough at the end of the loading process. Every time we found something that needed to go into the truck, the guy leading the walkthrough took it out, chatted with the guys on the truck, and then we would lose our place. This resulted in a few things being left behind. At delivery, the guys took down a door to get furniture into the basement but never put it up again. They also left a moving blanket and personal items belonging to one of the guys. The items were eventually restored to their owner. 3. Not mentioning messes or problems. After the truck left I found that one of our toilets was plugged with toilet paper, paper towels, and human waste from someone that was apparently ill. Fortunately, I found the problem and was able to unplug the toilet and clean things up so this mess was not left for our cleaning crew. I think I would have responded calmly to this if I had been told about it. I can appreciate that it would have been embarrassing to report this to me. I'm human too.

The broke numerous items, one of the four movers quit midway through the first day and wasn't replaced, adding to the total hours. Two of them were on their first day and had no idea how to pack. A single saucer had two feet of paper wrapping. They added things from different rooms to boxes, so a toaster in the box with the bedding, etc. They broke two things, gouged the stairs, stole a bottle of pain killers, asked if they could have one of our personal items, and left a bunch of stuff at the old house we had to hire a separate hauler to move. Do not hire them--it was a complete disaster and mismanaged from beginning to end.
