Nothing is less appealing than when the outer layer forms a "crust" giving the impression that the food is not "fresh". I tried to swap out the battery at the store today because the package says that the battery has a 3 year warranty right on the packaging. And the customer service lady was very rude and snappy with me. Telling me that it's not their problem, and I need to contact the Hart company. She did nothing to try to help me out. A brand new battery for this lawnmower cost $216.00. That's almost as much as I paid for the lawn mower. Walmart is selling this stuff, but they don't stand behind the products that they're selling. I worked for walmart in the 90's, and they always stood behind the product's that sold, Whether you had a receipt or not. Now, this lady barely gave me the time of day when I have a real genuine concern. I will no longer purchase any cordless Hart brand tools from any walmart, if that's the way they're going to treat loyal customers. We've never been to a Dollar General store so we came in to check this one out. Well you know not…read moremuch is just a dollar. This store was a mess and the narrow isles didn't help. When we were ready to check out, the atm/credit card machine froze for the customer ahead of us. While the checker was trying to figure out what was wrong a big line was growing behind us. Another checker finally showed up and told the last person in line she'd help them next. We didn't appreciate that because we were technically next. So we walked out and they lost our business.
