I totally understand people wanting to be with family and loved ones on Holidays but this treatment was beyond unnecessary. Never in my life have I had an experience like this. The whole experience put a bad taste in my mouth. The young lady who checked us out was very apologetic of "Jade" and was patient and sincere. Our experience was quite the talk of the night. I live right behind Weis, but I think I'll be driving a little further for gas and groceries from now on.

I love the meat department here. Good selection in general of cuts, and especially good stock of pure meats without added solutions or vegetable proteins. Their frozen sections are clean and free of frost buildup, with recently stocked products. No frozen peas from two years ago. So overall, the store is clean, well stocked and has a great selection. I just won't buy any produce here. Which makes up half my grocery budget.

I am a self-checkout person at every other store, and don't even mind that this store does not use self checkout. They move customers through without any wait. The cashiers are always very smooth with any transaction, so they must be well trained here. I never feel any stress or hostility around the employees either. They generally seem happier than those at the other stores in town. Quality of meat and produce is consistently good.

No Are you going to wait to checkout because the self-checkout scanners work like a good hall of fame hitter, where they get a hit one out of every three tries? Yep.
