Purchased some Disney shirts to wear to the parks and we were happy with our purchases without breaking the bank. They also sold Florida souvenirs here. There were many souvenir shops in Kissimmee and the merchandise were starting to look the same as we meandered from one store to another. Even their local WalMart stores had a few aisles dedicated to everything Disney! The store is huge and well stocked. The employee/owner was helpful and friendly. The clothing were nicely hung in their hangers or folded on display shelves and merchandise looked neatly stacked and placed in racks inside the store. They have every souvenir you can think of... mugs, hats, ponchos (for those random Florida thunderstorms), candy, sunglasses, keychains, snow globes, lots of knick knacks, etc. It was fun looking around but we just stuck to the shirts as we already had enough "stuff" at home and didn't need to add to the clutter. Currently there are 408 stores in 28 states, several of which are in Florida. Ollie's purchases company liquidations, overstocks, and older items that haven't sold, and resells them in their stores for a discount. You can expect to see name brand items. Ollie's sells a little of everything, cleaning supplies, garden items, books, toys, food, health and beauty, automotive, holiday decorations, home improvements, electronics, flooring, housewares, and so much more. Easily the best place to go for affordable home goods, rugs, even some clothes, random food items and especially for holiday shopping or any kind of gift shopping. The store has been more organized recently - good job on that end, employees! Now, on to the criticism... Recently every time I've been in here, I've been hearing the employees complaining very loudly about how they want to quit, can't wait to leave, etc. It's really beginning to show in their attitudes on the job. The last time I went the lady Trisha was so rude. My husband commented lovingly on how she shared the same name has his sister (who is deceased, by the way) and she scoffed at him. She was cursing loudly and proudly on the job, a surefire sign of serious unprofessionalism. I get that you hate your job but when you're being paid to be at a location, the least you can do is hold your tongue to all of the foul words you consider saying and work the job with a good attitude. If there's one thing I've learned through my years working similar jobs in my youth, it's that you should never take your home troubles and bring them into your work attitude. She was very unpleasant, short tempered, and absolutely pissed off to have anyone shopping in this Ollie's Outlet. Of course, I love Ollie's so I'll bear through it. Another time, I was ringed up incorrectly and when I pointed out that my discounts never came off, a different lady showed me a lot of attitude in trying to fix it. There are some sweet folks who work here - I'm not saying all of them are bad. But recently I've really been noticing how negative the work environment has become there. Some of the employees really need to show up to work and just have a good attitude. Some are fine. Either way I love this Ollie's and I'll come back, but it has been pretty bad on that end recently. I would give this 5 stars but a star is getting knocked off for a handful of the employees issues, and if I keep showing up and these issues continue spiraling down, I'll come back and knock another star off.

They have basically Amazon returns in various bins and prices posted. There are also special deals on pricing depending on the day of the week. We found items in the $2 bins for products we use and pay way more for when we order on Amazon. So I did grab those given the discount. The other bins are just hard to explore. Things are in shipping boxes or brown boxes without clear packaging on what the item is. They do have the Amazon sticker so you could scan that to find out but it's going to take time. Staff was friendly and answered our questions. They did have queen mattresses for $300 also.

This is where I get majority of my snacks and items I would never purchase elsewhere due to cost. Prices are super affordable. There are lots of non perishables, frozen items and fresh produce. This week was the first time there was fresh produce and I have come here at least 6 times. Pick through and find what is good because not all is. Selection changes so if you really like something buy a lot of it. Bring your own bags too. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I love it there.
